I wonder if anyone makes things like that that look like whole fighter jets or whatnot.

 

I always forget google translate exists. I never need to use it.

 

I kind of thought it might be someone's custom cpu heatsink fan topper.

There's always the helicarrier PC case with built in liquid cooling and "lift fans" that cool the radiators. IF you can find one, and if you have a couple of  thousand of dollars to spend -
