Updating bios for new ram.

Roadrunt

Hello, I recently bought some new ram which runs at 3000mhz I have two of these running in dual channel both which are Corsair. I'm currently running the F5 bios, which I believe has problems with running the XMP profile and achieving above 2133mhz and was wondering which bios would be best to update to and how I would go about doing this

OS - Windows 10

Cpu - Ryzen 7 1700

Gpu - Rx 470

Ram - CMK16GX4M2B3000C15

Motherboard - AX370-Gaming 5

It looks like there's only one revision of this board (1.0 - double check this however, the revision should be printed on your board somewhere), so that's going to be the most recent BIOS version through Gigabyte directly, which appears to be F23

As for the how-to:

I looked into the two lastest bios and they seem to have more problems than the one I'm currently using.
