Reinstalling is not common rule, is more like common myth.

You don't need to reinstall Windows. You can however remove old drivers using Ghostbuster tool. Windows do not use drivers for devices that are not present in the system, so don't worry.

I made lot of that type changes with many completely different configurations (even from core duo to Ryzen with win7) and never had any issues. So in this case "best answer" is at most "common answer".

    500gb seems so limited
but if you still got a lot money go get 1tb ssd since u goin all on ssd for gaming
but if u feel 500gb is enough go for it
SSHD fine but SSD way faster

There's a pretty good jump there, but an RX 480 is no slouch. The smart move would be to sit on the 480 and wait for the 11 series announcement to drive Pascal prices down a bit. The 480 will hold its value because there are still a few desperate GPU miners out there waiting for Ethereum to rebound.

If they are about the same price and your system has the PSU for it, the 780 is more powerful.

    Hello, friends

A week ago I bought the EVGA GTX980Ti and with it came a redemption code for Batman: Arkham Knight. But seeing I already have the game (thanks @Nosfy) I am giving away the code to whoever wants it.
I know the current state of the game, but it will not be like that forever, so whoever wants it, can comment in this thread and I will pick the "winner" randomly.

I don't want the code to be wasted by not redeeming it, that is why I am giving it away

The code card is valid until 31st July I believe, so plenty of time, but I will pick the winner with random.org on SUNDAY 5th July.

    Best of luck to everyone

    Cheers

EDIT: TWO CODES AVAILABLE = TWO WINNERS WILL BE PICKED!

MULTIPLE ENTRIES DONT COUNT AND WILL BE DELETED!
