  1. Hello, I am looking at buying a 2021 Lenovo Legion 5, with 16GB of RAM, a Ryzen 7 5800U, and a RTX 3060 Laptop GPU. Will there be some ram allocated to the iGPU in the Ryzen 7? If so, would turning off hybrid mode or changing something in the BIOS get rid of it?
  2. 99% of what I'm going to be doing on this PC is gaming. I video edit sometimes, but absolutely nowhere near often enough to warrant sacrificing faster RAM and a good looking case (probably only 3-4 times a year).
  3. To be honest, the main thing holding me back from PowerSpec is the case and the RAM. I've watched a few benchmark videos now and the 11400F and 5600X seem to perform somewhat similarly, but I'd have to do more research.
  4. I tried looking into building, but the GPU market is just so bad right now. Prebuilts is a last resort for me.
  5. That is convincing, for sure. Would have to see how an 11400F holds up to a Ryzen 5 5600X before I make any decisions.

  7. Update: I found a refurbished 144hz monitor on Amazon for about 150, so now my budget's down to 1200. I've found one PC, but it looks kinda... unreliable. and also the case allows for like no airflow on it but. Should I send the link to that and see what you think?
  8. No, I haven't. I should probably do that.
  9. My total budget for a PC and monitor is $1350 USD. I've been looking for days and haven't found anything that might be worth the money. I need help, desperately. Would prefer a Ryzen CPU, as well as a 144hz monitor, but anything is fine.
  10. https://www.microcenter.com/product/635448/powerspec-g509-gaming-pc I was also looking at this, but it seems... significantly sketchier. What should I do? Should I pick either of these, or look elsewhere? I have a budget of around 1200 dollars.
  11. I know I just made a post about a laptop 5 hours ago, but since then I've been looking at prebuilts. I just want to know if this is a good deal given the current market: https://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Gaming-RDY-SLHRG202
  12. I'm looking into investing an amount of money into a laptop, external HDD, 32GB of ram (I'm upgrading it), and a mouse. I want to get the best bang for my buck for this budget, because I want it to last me as long as possible. Budget (including currency): $1300 USD Country: United States Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: GTA V, American Truck Simulator/Euro Truck Sim, video editing Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to pl
