  1. Oh sweet!! Thank you for the answers
  2. Thank you Sounds like PWM would be a lot easier to control the fan speed Does the software you shared also be able to control non-PWM fans?
  3. Thank u How to control the fan speed with PWM? Is it software? or using a controller? I also remember I read that I can change non-PWM fan's speed in BIOS? (I have never played with BIOS, )
  4. Hi, new to PC build here I want to do a white build and found this white fan with RGB from Fractal that looks nice. It does not have PWM tho, only the black version has it. White fan: https://www.newegg.com/Fractal-Design-FD-F-AS1-1408-Case-Fan/p/35-352-090 Black fan: https://www.newegg.com/fractal-design-fd-f-as1-1405-case-fan/p/N82E16835352087?Description=Fractal Design Aspect 14 RGB&cm_re=Fractal_Design Aspect 14 RGB-_-35-352-087-_-Product&quicklink=true Their new AIO cooler also use these fans, but is using the black version with PWM. https://
  5. Hi, I am looking for some case fans, and found Fractal Design Aspect 14 RGB last night. Link: https://www.newegg.com/fractal-design-fd-f-as1-1408-case-fan/p/N82E16835352090 It looks pretty good, has white color, and RGB, both 120mm and 140mm, also price is decent. But there are few reviews online, so I don't know are they good. I think it only came out not long ago? Alternatively, how is Lian Li's LIAN LI UNI FAN SL120/140 as case fans / AIO fans? Thank you
  6. How are those fans? They look pretty nice and not too expensive. But i can't find any reviews of them.. seems they just came out around a month ago?
  7. You mean.. 5800x is a smaller jump than 5600x?
  8. Hmm, interesting, I don't know if my design tool benefit from higher core counts... I doubt it? But I also don't want to save just $100 (from 5800 to 5600) if I would use another design tool later (like making animations, and videos) Does streaming benefit from higher core counts? Can I assume, with 5600x, i can also downgrade my AIO to 240mm, instead of 360mm? Or bigger is always better?
  9. Gaming, and work (mostly graphic design, as for now)
  10. I have watched a lot of videos and read articles about CPUs, and many said 5800x wasn't worth it, bc its MSRP is only $100 less than 5900x. Now the price got a bit lower (on sale), is 5800x at $400 USD a okay value now? As right now, prices from Newegg: 5600x: $272 5800x: $389 5900x: $559 ($549 at my local store) I also heard 5800x runs hot, would that be an issue? Thanks!
  11. Hmmm... should I avoid 5800x bc this heat issue? Get a 5600x or 5900x instead? (I just watched a video stating the same problem of 5800x, runs too hot)
  12. Thanks! Is 5900x worth the upgrade from 5800x? It's around $150 difference
