  1. Currently I have 2x8 2400mhz or a single 3200mhz 1x16, which is better?
  2. I was wondering if I was using 3 sticks of RAM, would flex mode default to the dual channel RAM first and then go to the single channel RAM once all the capacity on the dual channel ones has been used up. I am using an AsRock x370 gaming k4 motherboard with a ryzen 7 3800x.
  3. Also I think AMD has flex mode so 2 sticks will run in dual channel while the third will be single. I’m also wondering for flex mode, does the PC automatically default to using the dual channel ram and only uses the single channel once the dual channel is capacity is used up.
  4. yea so I made sure that the voltage(1.35V), speed(3200mhz) and clock latency(CL16) was the same on both. However, what I am skeptical about is the sticks are different sizes (2 8gb sticks and 1 16gb stick). I was also wondering if using 3 sticks will mess with dual channel since Ryzen likes dual channel.

  6. I’m thinking about upgrading RAM and currently I have 2x8 gb of crucial ballistix ram. This is the Amazon listing: Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Kit 16GB (8GBx2) CL16 BL2K8G32C16U4B (Black) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083TRRT16/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_6G45HDZ8F8210P7NMM7D?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 I found a really good deal on a single stick of 16gb g skill. This is the Amazon listing: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Intel Z170 Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16S-16GVK https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0171GQXME/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_ap
  7. I was thinking of upgrading the RAM in my system and was looking on eBay to see if I can find any steals. I came across a listing with pretty decent price but the date on the RAM sticks say jan 2016. This would mean that the RAM is over 5 years old and I was wondering if it’d be fine if I bought RAM this old. (The RAM is g skill 3200 CL15)
  8. There are these weird black tape things on my scroll wheel and I was wondering what it was for and whether it is normal and if I can remove it. IMG_8695.MOV
  9. I just got a new BenQ Mobiuz EX2510 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08FF6DJNP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_03M0HWKWJWKN69X9GDK7 and there seems to be a stuck or dead pixel (at least I think it is I since it’s a tiny white spot when the color is black). I was wondering I should RMA it through Amazon if I can’t fix it or if I do fix it will the stuck pixel come back? Please list ways to fix stuck pixels I’m willing to try different things.
  10. I got a Razer Viper Ultimate and was wondering if leaving it to charge overnight would damage the battery or the battery life since it would be charging at 100%. Also, is it ok if I leave the mouse on when I charge it?
  11. It’s not I don’t think the pc ever had them.
  12. I recently moved to college but when I turned on my PC, the wifi didn’t work as the only wifi that’d show up is “Hidden Network” or nothing would show up. Before I moved everything was working fine. I have a prebuilt cyperpower PC. The wifi card is Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168. However, when I tried connecting it to a hotspot, it shows up and works.
  13. Oh alright thanks I know that for wired mice it didn’t matter but thought it might be different for wireless mice.
