  1. This seems to match what I have found at the moment. Thanks for your input. Edit: Some app do indeed use the secondary GPU (like Movies and TV in windows 10) if they are on the secondary monitor but Edge does not for some reason.
  2. Hi everyone, Not sure if this should be in Windows 10 subforum or in the graphic card one but here I go. I have 2 video cards in my computer. A 3060 for my secondary monitors (2) and a 3090 for my main monitor (gaming) and vr (Not enough display port to run 3 monitor 4k@144hz and 1 valve index). After some digging and taking a look at the task manager I'm surprised to see that even if the secondary monitors are plugged in the 3060 the rendering engin in windows 10 is still GPU-0 which is my 3090 so basically the 3060 is a passthrough. Anyone know if there is a way to fo
  3. Just a little follow up for those who would have the same problem I was able to fix my issue by not using DOCP and settings only the frequency at 3600mhz in the bios. The ram I have is rated DOCP for 4000mhz but under that it still works perfectly without DOCP. Been using for many days now gaming / working / mining and I have not encountered any issues. No cold boot problem anymore.
  4. I ran memtest86 overnight without errors on multiple passes. Otherwise I play game and run it on a daily basis for work and didn't had any issue with anything (except cold boot one) so I assumed the ram is ok since I never had any crash or BSOD. I could run it at 2400mhz which will fix the problem but If I can squeeze a couple of mhz more out of them I would be happy. The ram is rated for 4000Mhz so anything under shouldn't cause any issue with the ram. The problem is most likely PCIE 4.0 Which apparently does not like overclocking too much. My board stops at Load VGA bios when it does not pos
  5. Hi everyone, Long time LTT follower but new to the forums. I have the following config: Ryzen TR 3960X ROG Zenith II Extreme Alpha 128 GB DDR 4 4000 ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 3090 OC GAMING 24 G EVGA 1300W My issue is when the computer is running the ram works fine. I have tested it multiple times but when I cold boot the computer after a long night it does not boot. I have to let it stay on a couple of minutes and reboot it until bios goes in safe mode and then it boots normally. Any tips on how fixing this cold boot issue ? I can't seem t
