  1. im not seeing my images so i dont know if they went through can anyone confirm?
  2. I'm trying to update my bios and I don't have a flashdrive handy so I downloaded the most recent version of my bios from the Asus webpage (linked below) but when i restart my PC and try to use the tool thats built into my mobo it gives me a weird error and i dont know what to do from here. Ive never done this before so kinda have no idea what im doing but ive looked up some guides and read the instrustions but its still just not working for me, here are the steps ive taken and the images are included. 1) download and unzip the file that is provided on the Asus webpage. 2) Restart PC
  3. Im running 2 older sticks of G.skill ram stick, they are both 8gb running at 3600 but for some reason they wont change at all after my pc boots into windows, I cant control them with the Gskill software either (using version 1.00.27) HWinfo says the sticks im using have a module part number of the Module is "F4-3600C18-8GTZRX" I don't know if this is a conflict with my ICUE software or if im just running old hardware but any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated thanks! The attached video and screenshot are what my lighting setup is and what is actually happening in
  4. yea sorry the video is weird you have to play it through a media player like VLC but here is what the program looks like
  5. I have Trident G-skill ram (3600) and it used to flow RGB in a rainbow wave but now it only cycles 2 or 3 times when I first start up my pc then it just stays stagnant and wont cycle. I tried install "G.SKILL trident Z lighting control" but even when I change it in the application it never takes effect. Anyone else ever have this problem or know solutions? 1600853680_IMG_0670(2).MOV
  6. FIXED IT! i just disabled CPU fan monitoring in my bios. thanks for the help!
  7. I have had this issue before with my old build and what will happen is when I boot my pc a screen will flash telling me "CPU FAN ERROR!" and from there i must go into my bios and select a bootable medium. The reason this is happening now and was before as well is that i don't have an actual fan plugged into my CPU fan header, on my last build it was because i was just using a different 3 pin connector and i just switched it to the header that was labeled "CPU_FAN" . For this build however i am using an AIO cooler that has its own header on my mobo, Is there any way i can stop my PC from readin
