  1. Thanks a lot for your reply. I reinserted the CPU and the motherboard automatically set the BIOS(?) settings back to standard (had only changed the RAM speed to 4000MHZ in February). It has worked since then..I hope its a stable solution
  2. Hi folks, today my trusted PC stopped working. First it would just restart randomly, work for a while only to restart randomly again, like if one had pressed the rest button. I was able to check if GPU and CPU were fine temperature wise (GPU ~51°C, CPU ~49°C). I also opened the case to check for fan spin. During a few of the restarts the CPU fan that is connected to the motherboard CPU fan outlet wasn't spinning anymore. The case fans were spinning normally. I cannot recall the exact order as there were too many restarts. Eventually it stopped restarting and just di
