  1. I can't update the bios.I have no access to my computer settings but that still would not explain why my computer won't boot even with the old cpu in the socket.
  2. So I decided to change my cpu from a Ryzen 3 1200 to a Ryzen 5 2600 and when I tried to boot my computer it showed no signal on my monitor.The lights and fans turned on but there is no signal on the monitor.But here's the thing when I put my old cpu back in the socket it didn't show signal like the when I had the new cpu in.So I kept turning it on and off until it turned on and let me log in but then turned off immediately after.
