It'll function just fine, but a TLC drive with DRAM cache is a better option for your boot drive if you have the budget for it. The SN550 is the best-priced one at the moment.

its the efficiency rating. the higher the rating the more efficient it is. Meaning, it can handle higher sustained loads better with less heating

In general, for a normal use PC that is not under constant high power load, any 80+ Bronze and higher from a reputable brand is fine, as long as it satisfies the maximum power draw requirements.
It more come down to what you need in terms of features, like fully modular, semi modular, sleeved cables, colour etc.

Yeah ... that's not how you choose a PSU. 80+ Bronze, Gold, Platinum, EVGA, Seasonic, Corsair, nothing of this matters, you buy a specific PSU, not a hypothetical one, therefore look at reviews of this specific PSU, not it's brand or efficiency rating.

Fully modular means all cables are removeable and you only plug in the ones you need. Semi modular, has the standard power cables fixed, and som optional you can plug in if you need them

Now honestly I wouldn't get this case. Way too expensive and not worth the money. Thermals aren't great aswell.

    Anyway, you would need
-Motherboard (Mini ITX if you go with a ITX case)
    -GPU
    -PSU
    -Motherboard
    -RAM
    -Boot drive (SSD preferably)

Yes. For gaming it should be great. Just make sure your PSU is good enough to handle them.

Also make sure your getting the components for a good price. If your paying $400 for something like a 5600x, just...no.

also just imo, 144 is a great place to be with the HZ anyways. Getting enough updates although in the future a little higher might be a nice to have. Again needing a decent or good system to back it up with the FPS, although not too bad if it's not perfect or not getting the most out of the HZ and can use it in the future. If resolution might be of interest too, but need more performance again if going for higher FPS and HZ too.

But that its good you know what you want, also take care of the boxes etc for return if needed ^^
