  1. Steam shows in mb/s while my internet is shown in mpb/s.
  2. I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this answer, but I humbly bring my question forward to the LTT Community! I currently am running an ASRock b550 Phantom Gaming mobo and am using the wifi adapter that came with the board and my steam downloads have throttled to 15 mb/s and are constantly fluctuating as low as 2 or 3 mb/s and jumping back up to 15. It makes downloading anything through a wifi a pain. It is also the only application with such a sporadic downloading speed. When I test my download speed through wifi it is stable around 75 mb/s and thats with me using my PC an
  3. Hello LTT Community, I have recently bought a new monitor, the AOC 27" 1440p 144hz that Linus actually covered and reviewed in a video about a year back; AOC CQ27G2. It has been fabulous so far, after I figured out a display setting that worked well for me, except for when I play certain games it begins to flicker constantly. Only certain games though. It did fine running League, but when I started to play DBD as soon as I was in the menu screen it began to flicker black every few seconds. So far that is the only game I've experienced the problem on so far. I am running
  4. Thanks so much! That's what I am starting to gather, that the temps are fine and it is just how PCs operate and that it is just a little more noticeable with my Ryzen.
  5. So you're saying if I can acquire the card then I wouldn't be wasting a bunch of money on fake prices? How would it fair in my rig? Is it even worth adding it to my rig with the current setup? I was just looking at upgrading to a 20 or 30 series but that is impossible right now without shelling out atleast 2 grand is seems.
  6. What is too good to be true? The price of the RX 6900XT or the going rate of my current GPU, a Rx 580 for about 450? The person selling the RX 6900XT for 1800 is a local man who owns a small PC shop, so semi legit.
  7. That is what I was thinking as well, it's just so sad. I have been wanting to upgrade my GPU for a while and cannot with cards going for as much as triple their MSRP. Even my old RX 580 is selling for over 400 dollars and that is almost double for what I paid for it and my card is almost 5 years old. Any idea when the market will pan back out?
  8. A real gamer would have cherished that card, especially in this market. Not flip it for a quick buck or trade it off.
  9. During this pandemic and what it has done to GPU prices to lie about being a gamer to acquire a LTT card and then scalp it is just sad. I know too many gamers personally myself who would do anything to acquire one of these cards and that's just a drop in the bucket compared to the rest of the world. Sad, so sad.
  10. Hello, LTT Community! I have came across the option of buying a ROG Strix liquid cooled AMD Radeon RX 6900XT GPU for a crisp 1800 USD. Is it worth it or should I just wait and buy a smaller card in a year or so when the market has, hopefully, stabilized and I can get another card. I would be pairing it with a Ryzen 5 3600 and 16 gb of 3200 ddr4 Ram. Is that card too much for my system and/or is the price too high? Thanks again!
  11. So it is just a AMD thing where they fluctuate while idling? In game it doesn't really get above the 60's, so I guess when it counts it's keeping it cool as well.
  12. I have two 37 60htz monitors with my setup: Ryzen 5 3600 RX 580 Corsair Vengeance DDR Ram 16gb Should I upgrade one of my monitors with a higher hertz rate or wait until I am able to secure a GPU first?
