  1. O don't worry , who said I was mad ? All I wanted was an answer from Samsung, I already did a replacement for death pixels and both previous and actual had scanlines issue. This is why I refused because I don't know if it will be the same. I was tired to unbox-mount-verify-unmount-put back in the box 2 times. I just post here in case that someone will say "Samsung don't care, they ignore us about scanlines". I'm just sharing the answer from Samsung HQ
  2. For people that has scanlines on their G7/G9/Neo G9 and having difficulties to reach basic Samsung monitor support in their country, I was able to reach the Samsung HQ and got their answer: "Scanlines are because of the limitations of the screen". Some people may say that it is all the monitors that has this problem but my support said it is not all : " when you search the internet for an problem about an product it will always look like it is an major issue and that every product has that issue. This is an distorted view. The reason this view is distorted is because we can see the full pi

  10. Maybe, and idk if G7 will also get MiniLED , they only talked about G9
  11. Ahaha, I had to replace 2 times for the 32" samsung monitor because of stuck/dead pixels. The second I had and the third one I'm currently using have both scanlines. Tried to contact support but they don't care. You should verify too if you have dead/stuck pixels !
  12. This is night light in Windows . If you already turned it off while testing the e), ok !
  13. They could at least say that in CES Janurary 2021 and not today ! They are so mean D: I'm sure they did that for business...
  14. Yeah a lot... They had to recall in US the G9 in the past , they fixed the flickering Gsync with a firmware update, now the issue is Scanlines... If the scanlines is a problem with the screen and not with the firmware... hmmm that would be cool... . If the Odyssey 2021 will be the same price as the 2020 , I'm gonna cry , if it's higher I'm gonna be fine..
