So basically this PSU is compatible with a 3090?

The motherboard that I plan on using is the Asus Crosshair Viii Hero ( Wifi ), and for my GPU I would need to buy an additonal 8 pin PCIe connector for the 3090. Since there is only 2 x 8 PCIe in the PRO KIT and the Asus Rog Strix ( White ) 3090 needs 3 x 8 PCIe Pins. So it is compatible? And is it two separate 4 pin EPS connectors or do they separate in 1 full 8 pin EPS because that kit also has a 8 Pin EPS connector so i'm guessing the 4 pin is separate? I'm new also so i'm learning.
