i have tried with a microfiber cloth

its that thing that looks like a smuge but it looks like its internal

i have a philips 58pus6504/12 television that over the last mothes have gotten these wierd marks on it (see images) there is still covrage on it but i would like to know what it could be. Any ideas? only visible with black on the screen
