Sadly it doesn't anyway here are my specs Intel i3-4130 Gigabyte h81m-s2h Radeon R9 380x 700w thermaltake PSU(https://www.thermaltake.com/smart-rgb-700w.html) 2x4gb ram ddr3 Kingstone 1333mhz 128gb kingstone ssd Btw even before this my pc would randomly restart after shut down it it is in a way connected with my current problem

I do I press the off button on the PSU I forgot once or twice to turn off the PSU but the pc was of

No it's just random sometimes I remove the first one sometimes the second one

So my pc won't turn on and sometimes it keeps restartingl like in the video and sometimes the fans just spin without any beep(I know it's that it's not a ram issue it's like it restarts and turn on immediately)but after I remove 1 ram stick and turn it on everything works flawlessly after that I can put the stick that I removed and the pc would still turn on my guess its that it has something to do with my moderboard(gigabyte h81m-s2h)or with the bios, I checked it has something to do with the GPU or with the storage I even tested the ram on another system VID_20201203_170548_1.mp4
