I appreciate the help. I found the problem and will own up to my stupidity. I THOUGHT I put them in completely as the clips closed on them, turns I was wrong. Live and learn I suppose lol. Thanks again.

Cleared it but no change

Hey guys, hoping to get some help. Decided to increase my ram and after doing so my computer wont boot up. When I turn it on the fans start up and the lights in the case do but after a couple seconds it goes off and then just keeps rebooting itself every couple seconds. Nothing comes on my monitor. I have tried resetting the ram, different slots. I tried the old ram as well and same result.
