  1. That's called micro hdmi and likely is only an output. You could try using the 'project' app on the tablet and your desktop, however the wireless connection would be visibly laggy. The app is pretty self explanatory. Hope this helps!
  2. When the hdmi cable isn’t long enough so you gotta elevate the laptop (yes my parents still have the toys from when I was 2 in the living room for some reason)

only hear audio back to you steve

  3. I used an iphone 4s until March and it crashed out of the messages app when a text longer than around 200 characters was sent or received.
  4. It is fine, it's faster than the 3.0 ports on my workstation's MOBO, can't really speak for the speeds since I use it for an external HDD but I get around 145mb/sec with it and around 120mb/sec with the built in.
  5. Stuff is in the mail!

Capture card and HDD enclosure come between June 16-23

CF to IDE adapter comes around the 18th

Quadro k620 comes around the 16th

  6. Ive been using this one for around 2 years and it's great https://www.amazon.com/FebSmart-Self-Powered-Technology-No-Additional-FS-U4-Pro/dp/B072LS4JH7/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=febsmart+usb&qid=1623522186&sr=8-3 The drivers provided are good, just make sure your drive can read mini CDs
  7. If it condenses on the parts, it could cause corrosion to the PCB and could also short out the components if they are on. I'd keep it away from the case.
  8. Me: I'm an intelligent person

Also me: spends 2 hours making a banner with 6 words for my YT channel

First one is profile, second is the banner, most of the 2 hours was spent resizing the image so it would be small enough to be in the frame on Youtube but not in horribly low resolution.

It probably does, and the noise is pretty bad, but honestly the denoiser is way too much effort for something this small. You can't really see it on Youtube, it's a lot more pronounced in the raw image.

  9. UserBenchMark... you're just plain wrong.

  10. Well, does it only do the alt-tab in games or randomly always?
  11. Good to know. Current card works fine, so why upgrade?
  12. The RAM upgrade will serve you well, but first of all do an SSD. If you need a new GPU, I recommend an Nvidia 8800GT, you need a 6-pin psu connector but it supports Windows 10 and is good for most basic tasks.
  13. Fair enough, the company that sold me my workstation got 8x4gb DDR3-1333 in there for around 2/3 the price I could have. But if it's just one dude in his garage selling it, that'd probably be more expensive for the seller to do it for you.
