  1. Hey, wouldn't it be kinda complicated to update the BIOS of the mobo to work with a ryzen 5 3600? Edit: I think I'll upgrade to the B550m pro4 for CPU compatibility straight out of the box, but I'd like to find a budget PSU thats still enough for my system on Newegg, could you offer any help there?
  2. Budget (including currency): Debatable Country: United States Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: A bit of gaming Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Here's the list of parts: PCPartPicker Part List Type Item Price CPU AMD Ryzen 5 2600X 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor $197.25 @ Amazon
  3. Any ideas on a CPU + MOBO combo I could go for instead? Im pretty sure all the other parts are okay for now.
  4. Budget (including currency): $400(ish) but open to suggestions Country: United States Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Heavily modded minecraft, Phasmophobia, Dead By Daylight, Bioshock, Fallout 4/New Vegas (though a GPU upgrade down the line will happen for sure) Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Existing parts: Core i5-4570T, EVGA GTX 760 | Planning to buy: Enermax Cyberbron 700W, Samsung 860 EVO 2.5" SS
  5. Hello, I just recently came into possession of a GTX 760, used, from a family member. I understand that it is an old card, but it's legitimately my very first graphics card. I'm looking for either an assembly of computer hardware that would pair well with this graphics card, or for a standard office/normal use PC that I can plop this card into to get the best out of this card. Preferably the second option if possible, but if not then just at least a CPU I can pair it with would be nice. Huge thanks to anyone who's willing to help me out here :/
