Thank you for accepting me in this forum. I have a weird story. I bought a nintendo switch for what it seemed like an amazing price than when I received it I turned it on and I saw a menu that has options (see pic) but never had the system on. I tried looking for a solution but never found anything for this issue. I listed the console on ebay "as is" condition, then I received a message from an eBay member with a link to reddit post.
