Hey, i'm building a new gaming pc and i wondering what GPU will be able to handle 3440 x 1440 at around 144fps? (it can be a little lower but around that kind of ballpark)

what would be a better kit to buy, 32gb 3000mhz CL16 or 32gb 3200mhz CL15? they are about the same price so idk what one to get lol

Prob Manjaro would be your best bet for gaming

It's not as bad as some people try to make it out to be, i use Arch Linux as my main OS when gaming and for the games that don't work on Linux you just run a VM running Windows 10.
