I'm seeing prices on ebay with a buy now price for mrsp or a little higher at the moment for the 3060ti. Of course you also have those selling for much higher.

Although I don't encourage buying from scalpers, I have seen some evga 3070's over the last month on ebay for around $200 over msrp. Most sellers want double over msrp so maybe that's a deal if need a gpu and can't find one anywhere else for less?

The thing that nobody is mentioning, Ebay. They are the ones allowing the scalpers to continue profiting the way they are. If Ebay didn't allow the scalpers to sell, at least that would be a start. Sure they'll always find a way but maybe it would slow things down.

I was running the settings I saw in a video from JaystwoCents. I ran the test again and got slightly higher Min FPS and a slightly overal score but still in the gtx 1080 range. Also, I haven't been wowed by the cards game performance either. I play a few esports games Quake Champions and America's Army which saw no increase in FPS. I have also been testing in Pubg and I see no improvement over my 1080. I have read a few people saying they haven't seen any improvements (3070 or 3080) over whatever they replaced. Troubleshooting, I have uninstalled the gpu drivers a few times us

I ran Heaven Benchmark using the new EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3. Comparing my results to those on the leaderboard, it's pretty disappointing considering it falls in line with results of 1080's and below. I wasn't trying to get super high numbers, I just wanted to see if spending the money to upgrade from a GTX 1080 was worth it. Anyone have any thoughts about the results? Do they seem low? What kind of results are you getting with your card with these settings?

You never stated if you ever moved your card to the x16 slot. If not, give that a try and let us know if you see any difference.

I found some 3080 cards on Amazon and they are available for the same price as you find them on Ebay. $1400-$1500+. Thought I would share in case nobody saw them.

I spoke with a few people selling 3000 series cards on Ebay to see if I could get any of them to sell at a lower price just to see the response. Some told me I could just go **** myself but one gave me way more information than I was expecting. I was told he is selling these cards easily for the high prices being charged, people want the cards and are paying the high prices because they can't get them any other way. He also said he is continuing to get as many cards as the bots can get as the cards come available and that he will keep doing this until or unless the market is floode

Newegg never showed anything available so I concentrated on BestBuy. I had 2 cards in my cart at least twice but it would never process payment using paypal or BestBuy checkout. I had no problem getting a card in my cart this time just couldn't purchase anything. Checking Ebay soon after, looks like bots got them.

That sucks. I was hoping I would have the option for the AMD 6800xt but I guess gifts of nvidia keeps on giving.
