  1. Windows update and windows store seem to be working fine I don't have any problem updating windows or windows store apps
  2. I have windows 20h2 which I think may be the problem my other computer with windows 1903 works fine.
  3. I get the error code 0x80070015 when I try to access the OneDrive Personal Vault using File Explorer. I contacted Microsoft and they just asked me what version of OneDrive and Windows I had then they told me it was going to take some time to update me on the problem then they just closed the case with out a solution. Does anyone have a clue what can be done to fix this? I've tried resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling, and disabling and reenabling OneDrive, I also ran a virus scan and system file check. But nothing helps..
  4. It looks like the video card was at least part of the problem I tried it in another computer and it shows up the same x8.I contacted XFX and they said it should be running at x16 and since it shows up as x8 on two different computers it's probably a bad video card. But that doesn't explain why the other PCIE Root Port and PCIE Upstream Switch Port are still showing x4 instead of x8 I've searched the internet but can't find anything explaining if that's normal or not.
  5. no more add-in pcie devices just the video card and the nvme ssd. as far as HWiNFO64 being wrong I also checked it in linux with the lspci -vvv command and it reports the same thing. I hope their both wrong but if possible I'd like to be sure.
  6. I appreciate your input but I don't think that makes any sense because the video card is running at x16 according to HWiNFO64. It's just the two root ports and the two upstream switches that are not working at the maximum link width.
  7. I have an Asrock X570M Pro4 motherboard and a Ryzen 3700x and a XFX Radeon RX 5700xt Raw II. I checked with HWiNFO64 and it shows the video card working at x16. But the there are two PCI Express Root Ports and two PCI Express Upstream Switch Ports that are working at half there their maximum link widths. One set of PCI Express Ports and PCI Express Upstream Switch Ports are working at x4 instead of x8 and the other set is running at x8 instead of x16 which by the way is the set the video card is connected to. I’m guessing that’s why GPU-Z and AMD Radeon software show the video card running at
