  2. Hi, I have a question on high cpu usage on my computer. Windows process called: System, is constantly using around 13% cpu (photo below), and when I have nothing opened even 20%. I know I don't have a virus, because that usage even happened when I did a clean install of windows and installed nothing. Also on other computers where I checked that doesn't happen. I hope this is the right thread for this question. Thanks for any answers. Sorry for mistakes in writing, English is not my first language. Specs: Asus k550jx Processor: Intel core i7-4720hq ssd: samsung 8
  3. Hi, I need some help with choosing a monitor. To this day, I have a laptop with no external monitor, so I want/need one. I will use the monitor for: Programming, Occasionally gaming on xbox one x, and home use. I have some requirements, the monitor must meet: 1440p IPS panel around 27'' from Amazon.de for around 350€-400€ 2 hdmi ports (I don't have a DP device) Do you think, monitors are going to be cheaper on Prime day? Thanks
  4. Hi, first of all I hope I am in the right page/forum for this. So I have a problem, that a lot of times during the day I noticed some glitching/almost crashing and lagging on Windows 10. Also I encountered this glitch (picture below). It all started yesterday, could it be an update to windows, becouse in recent days, I have installed quite some of them, or something else. Today I also encountered some of these "glitches" on chrome, when it completely froze for couple of seconds (that never happened before). Also I am thinking about buying a 1440p monitor for work (programming) and also home st
  5. Hi, I need some help. Recently I posted here about VM's, because they were running slow. I got a reply, that I had to install Virtual Box additions, and I did and performance improved significantly. But still I have a major problem. Everything from loading programs and dragging apps with a mouse is lagging a lot. Also CPU gets to 100% immediately, so I think the VM is running fully on a CPU and not a GPU. I know VM's have limited graphic performance, but still, those are basic tasks. I am running a Windows 7 guest and my host os is Windows 10 Pro. I assigned the VM 4CPU cores and 5GB RAM, also
  6. Thank you for your response, I really appreciate it. But still, do you think that games that are 20+ years old would work smoothly?
  7. Hi, so I have a problem. Basically the whole story is, that I want to make a VM with Windows 7, so I can run some old games (those include: C&C Generals, Red Alert, Age of Empires, etc.). I know I could download some patches and files that could make those games run on Windows 10 Pro, which is my OS, but that would include some pretty sketchy websites and a great possibility of getting a virus. I also know I have an option, that I could make my computer/laptop dual boot with both OS-'s, which I don't want to make, beacause I would need to do that on my personal computer for work and every
