  10. I bought a prebuilt pc about a year ago and i want to upgrade it a bit. it has an rtx 2070, an amd ryzen 5 2600, a gigabyte b450 gaming x motherboard and 16gb of ddr4 2666mhz ram. Dont know what power supply i have. I wanna change out the motherboard, cpu and ram. this motherboard doesnt support ram speeds of over 2900mhz i think and people say that amd cpus need good ram so i am for sure gonna need a new motherboard that supports some better ram. As for a cpu i was thinking about the amd ryzen 5 5600x. people say its very good for the price so i thought i might as well go with it. For the mot
  11. i need a new motherboard because it only supports up to 2666mhz ram, and from what i know amd cpus need quite a bit of ram
  12. I bought a prebuilt pc about 1 year ago and im now looking to upgrade. I have an rtx 2070 which i dont really think needs upgrading. For a cpu, i plan to buy the amd ryzen 5 5600x because apparently its very good for its price. I also got a case that fits ATX motherboards. Dont need a new psu since both my current cpu and the 5600x need the same amount of power and i dont really plan on overclocking. I am lost at what motherboard to get. i was thinking about getting the ASUS ROG Strix B550-F GAMING motherboard but idk if there are any better options there. If someone could help me with the mot
  13. i got the gigabyte b450 gaming x motherboard and it looks like it doesnt have an combo audio jack. when i plug in something it makes me choose what i just pluged in. Im thinking about getting a mic splitter jack but is that gonna do anything if there isnt an option to choose a mic and heaphone option?
  14. Sadly my motherboard only supports up to 2666mhz but i heard that ram speed isnt that important. Is it gonna make a difference?
