  1. Hi, I have bought a P106-100 Mining GPU. I currently have a 1st gen intel core i7 so the modified driver hack from this video: I was planning on getting a new CPU and I was wondering if the AMD Ryzen CPUs with Vega graphics would work? Thanks!
  2. Ok thanks. Do I still need iGPU with the method shown in the video? Thanks!
  3. Ok thanks for the replies! I have a few questions: Is it possible to emulate an iGPU? I understand it would be slow but I am willing to try it. Do you have any suggestions on what software could do this? Also I came across this video: That I don't really understand. Would that solve my problem? Thanks very, very much for the help!
  4. Hi, I own an Intel Core i7 930 1st gen CPU. In the same computer I have a NVIDIA P106-100 (mining card) and a NVIDIA GT 170 (for display output) as GPUs. Normally I use the P106-100 GPU for Machine Learning as well as 3D rendering both of wich do not require video output from the GPU. This is something that I have been using for several months and has been just fine. However, after watching Linus' videos about gaming on the P106-100 I thought that that could be a nice addition. However, since I have a 1st gen CPU I am unable to select the P106-100 for high performance. I was aware of this
  5. Thanks! How does a p106-90 compare? They seem a lot less rare.
  6. Hi, Thanks for the reply, The main reason is I want to save money on it. I really need anything with CUDA that is cheap. The RX 580 is AMD so it does not have CUDA right? Thanks!
  7. Hi!, I heard that you can buy old cryptocurrency mining GPUs that don't have a video output making them cheap. I am not interested in gaming on them, purly the computational power. I would like to get them cheaper than I could with a normal GPU. I can't seem to figure out which cards these are. Would they be suitible for machine learning? If you know anything, thank you in advance. Thanks!
