Nvidia due to announce Ampere on August press, with release date scheduled for 17 Sept, apparently only top tier consumer cards due this year with 3070 and below Q1 2021.

Quite a nube to pc, looking to upgrade from console when the new Nvidia 3000 line up is released in Q3, Can someone please tell me what should be my priority. I've seen 4000 Hz ram at CLA 18, or 3200 Hz at CLA 14, is there an easy way to work out which is best (i.e. multiply the numbers) because my head is starting to hurt, and don't even get started on infinity engine.
