ANY video with "....this method really works" is ALWAYS 100% crap. Stop hiding behind "the algorithm makes us do it" and the fans saying "they have to make money".
 
Your audience isn't stupid, but you sure as hell do treat them like they are.

I don't usually complain about video titles, but I just don't get this one. You aren't downloading a GPU, let alone a faster one. 

We are capable of reading lower case fonts just fine.

As for your issue your only solution would be to do tasks that require less cpu load to do , or alter the parameters of your current tasks to use the cpu less.

Because the problem is intermittent I'd have to try it for a while and see if it makes a difference. I'll get back to you about this tomorrow as I need to go now.

Please for the love of all PC's get a boot SSD even 120gb is fine just enough to get windows on.

That's probably comic sans. Due to it being a Microsoft font, iirc, it's not available on mobile, so it's substituted with something else.

- it's a terrible value unless in VERY specific circumstances
- you need to have an extra usb controller to pass trough to each VM to make usb device management somewhat bearable
- you're tied to having every 'workstation' squeezed together on one desk, because cable length isnt infinite
- this system will be LOUD, because cases only come so big, and you *will* have GPU's squeezed together fighting for air.
- GPU passtrough is fairly reliable, but the drivers can be very touchy-feely, and nvidia has basicly stated that they will not support this on geforce cards. (it may work.. it may just not. there's plenty of issues on the unraid forums where GPU's just misbehave)

if you want something "free" go for davinci resolve

If you are ok with a bit of jank adding heat sinks to the VRM should improve the power coming to the CPU and maybe the performance.
