My motherboard is a b450m ds3h and my gpu is a asus 1660 super evo.

I have the Asus DUAL Fan 1660 Super Evo OC 6G.
Whenever I start my pc the fans start for 2 seconds than stop spinning. How do I fix this?
This is after a freshly new build I did today also my first build.
The PCI is plugged into the gpu and everything.

I have my hard drive with windows on it connected to a sata cable to my motherboard and it's not getting booted to it. This is a fresh new built pc. Do I have to change boot order or? I can access bios but when my pc turns on it just boots straight to bios.

So everything will be there but windows wont be activated?

I have Windows 10 on a hard drive with all my old data from my old pc. If I move this hard drive to a new build will windows and the data move with it too or would the drive be wiped and I would have to re install windows off of their website

So my old Pc's motherboard got fried or something and I'm building my new pc this Monday and my hard drive is still in my old one. Would I have to wipe the hard drive or would I be able to transfer it all back to the new pc. Also that's my only hdd/ssd. I have a USB to install the free version of windows 10. Would I install windows free version first than plug in the hard drive?

Budget (including currency): 600
Country: U.S
Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Warzone, Ark survival evolved, schoolwork, Future Games
Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already have a monitor, keyboard and mouse, HDD and SSD. These were all the parts I could piece out due to everything being out of stock and backordered on amazon. Would like a 2nd opinion on this build and what fps I could be getting

Thanks

So I'm gonna transfer my old hard drive (1tb) to a new pc build I'm making but the hard drive still has data on it. What happens if I plug it into the new pc build will the hard drive wipe by itself or transfer the data over or would I have to wipe the data myself.

I'm looking for a great $600 Build. Will This Motherboard Support The 3600x? Or If You Need To Make A New Build Than Do It. I don't need a ssd or hdd. I want a high end gpu but a low end cpu if possible even though the cpu is a 3600x lol.

I have a monitor that doesn't support DisplayPort/HDMI but it supports VGA and DVI. I will be upgrading my Monitor later.
So which is better VGA or DVI. Would it be alright if I use a vga/dvi to hdmi/displayport adapter to increase my graphics.
This might be confusing my fault lol.

All the parts are from amazon so they are all new/refurbished.
