Hi all, After taking the motherboard to the service center and they told me there was no issue with the motherboard and taking the GPU to have it RMA, I finally manage to resolve this by disabling turn on fast startup from power options > system settings from this thread: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/768597-weird-periodic-artifacts-on-windows-10-boot-with-new-1080ti-build/ Hope this helps those who have this issue.
  2. The BIOS has been updated to the latest version. The GPU was working fine on my old motherboard. This happened after I changed the motherboard. I'll run some tests on my GPU later tonight.
