My friend's husky passed away recently, but I don't know if I should talk about it here because it's just so overwhelming to know about, but here's the story, it's really sad though so please read with discretion, I don't have any good photos of the dog but I'll ask my friend for some and upload it here later

Even my own dog misses buck, my dog is a golden retriever aged 2 named Max, Max used to play with Buck 4 days a week (each time I went to my best friend's house or he came to visit me) and it kept on for almost a year, and when Buck was gone each time I take Max to my best friend's house he'd sniff around and look for Buck everywhere, and when he doesn't find him he just lays down and starts howling for a long time, I hope Max gets through this soon, I give him as many cuddles as possible each time he remembers Buck and misses him, Buck was his best dog friend

Hello everyone, I was just drinking my tea and having a peaceful time today when my best friend that lives in the same block found one of our neighbors abusing his dog, he took pictures of it and he sent it to me now, oh my god

That person took his dog outside at the balcony and started abusing it, luckily my friend took the photos which are enough evidence to get him arrested, the problem here is, there are no animal rights campaigns that are near me, the few animal rights campaigns in Egypt only cover up the city they're in, and there are no animal rights campaigns near my city so there's no one I can reach out to

So what should I do, how do I make sure my neighbor gets punished for what he's doing, he deserves a special place in hell for what he's doing to his poor dog

Imprisonment is very expensive.
The animal has been removed and that's what is important.
 
Now that the matter is resolved, may I ask what was the purpose of the big red arrows pointing towards the only person in the photos?

I didn't know they existed, I'll try contacting them

The dog was crying for help while he was beating him and was howling, the poor dog, I really need to do something about it

If I don't get involved nobody else will, and that dude will keep torturing his dog, I must do something about it
 
Here the police don't get involved with stuff related to animals, so they can't help

There are only two other groups I could find. Egyptian Society for Mercy to Animals and ESAF. If you havent already, try contacting them. If they cant do anything, the only other things I could think of would be to find an international animal rights organization and contact them or see if you can find an online messaging board (maybe a subreddit?) meant for this type of stuff as maybe the people in those know more about what to do.
