  1. Its good to hear that Zotac cards are not utter garbage as some say. Btw you mean VRM i think. Because VRAM at 100C means its toast already. Yep, this one is the best one in budget segment so far when compared with a Inno3d, Inno has far worse vrm @4phases with Zotac having 6phases. My main card which is also the same model runs maybe a tad bit hotter as its nearly 1yr old.
  2. I was Monitoring a New 1660super which I got for my second system. Its a Zotac Twin Fan Edition. I was stress testing it with Aida64 and found that the Die temps was around 60-63 and VRM temps were around 70C. Is it normal for this card? I measured the gpu temps in Aida64 and it was 65 and my IR thermometer read 63 and VRM temps on the IR gun read around 70C. The temps with the IR gun was taken on the backside of the PCB. Ambient room temps is 34C Airflow is 3x120 in front, 1x 120 exhaust in back and 2x 120 exhaust on top via a 240mm AIO. GPU fans @2700RPM
  3. Is it normal to have slight pincushion effect on the outer edges of a smart phone camera? Tested with two phones one is a iPhone 11 and the other is a Xiaomi Mi 9t. Both have pincushion effect on the outer edges.
  4. I already mentioned that I know I have a 8bit panel in the post. Maybe you should have read it properly. I specifically asked if there is any way to keep the 10bit profile without breaking the shadows in Settings app as 10bit dithering gives much better gradients without banding.
  5. Hello, I have a Benq Mobiuz EX2510 Connected to a GTX 1660Super Via DP cable. In Nvidia Control Panel I get option of 8bit and 10bit. But if I select 10bit I get weird shadow glitch in Windows settings app. 10Bit gives better gradient rendering but breaks the shadows in settings app which is an eye sore. I have attached Images. Is there anyway to solve this while keeping the shadows and still have 10bit? My monitor has a true 8bit 144hz Panel as per the panel specs here: https://www.panelook.com/M250HAN01.6_AUO_24.5_LCM_parameter_39917.html
  6. I had 1 replacement left with Amazon. Took it and got a monitor without any dead/stuck pixels. Minor backlight bleed is there though.
  7. Just got a monitor from Viewsonic. The top of the line Gaming monitor they have in the 24" range Model XG2405. Saw some good reviews about it and as unlucky as I am, I got a dead/stuck sub-pixel in the bottom right corner. Its stuck on red in white/yellow but black in blue/green. Now the thing is that I have 1 free replacement of the monitor from Amazon but of this unit is faulty again then I will have to contact manufacturer and they will deny RMA as they have 5pixel policy. Apart from the dead pixel the colours are good and ips glow is minimal and corner vignett
  8. An update. I removed the extensions as voltage was dropping wayy too much and its indicative of a fault in the cables. Reverted back to the old psu cables, voltages haven't fluctuated under 12v.
  9. Also one more thing, do stuck pixels increase in size, spread to other areas or cause other defects like lines on screen?
  10. Yes I am using that tool now. If it doesn't fix I can opt for a replacement from Amazon. Btw is that 100% a stuck pixel or just a dead pixel looking red in colour?
  11. Just got myself a new 144hz ips monitor from Viewsonic and its got 1 red stuck pixel in the bottom right corner. Should I opt for a replacement or should I try to repair it first with the online stuck pixel removers? Sorry for the bad pic, my phone doesn't have a native macro mode so have to take screenshots from videos.
  12. Just checked with a T-RMS Multimeter. Voltages on PSU end are fine. The slight lows are caused by the extensions as many of you have said. Thanks a lot guys for the help. --SOLVED--
  13. With a previously blown Corsair CX and a dead Cooler Master, its better to be safe than sorry. If voltages drop below 11.8V in a year or so I will RMA it as Antec (EAG Gold 2020 rebranded SeaSonic Focus GM) gives instant replacement for PSU.
