  1. Bridging is not an option for this USB Network card, I tried it before: --------------------------- Network Connections --------------------------- An unexpected error occurred while configuring the Network Bridge. --------------------------- OK --------------------------- Nevermind, I'll just order a gigabit switch, this is too much of a pain in the ass.
  2. As I stated in my original post, I can't put a static IP on the device itself.
  3. If by server you mean my Windows 10 computer, then it already has a static IP. That being said, you'll need to be precise regarding the rest.
  4. Hey there, I have this tiny device that I need too FTP to which has a built-in Ethernet port (no Wi-Fi). I didn't want to buy a network switch just for that, so I just shared my PC's network connection using a USB to Ethernet adaptor and enabled network sharing via the Windows' control panel. Now while this does works, the IP changes everytime I cycle the power of the device and that's a problem. -Reserving my device's Mac address in my router doesn't help of course since it's not the one providing the IP -There's no option in the device to put a static IP, it can

  8. Looks like they changed their website and those bios files got removed, probably under development. You can always tried googling for the bios, maybe you can get it from another site.
  9. Well obviously, leaks can happen, but I just wanted to know if the information was shared freely in general. Cheers
  10. I don't like using Steam in big picture mode and most of my games aren't on Steam anyway (I tend to go DRM-Free whenever I can).
  11. Like I said, it depends on the game. If it's not too much trouble, when you have the time, could you double check the Windows Game Controller (see pic) when you XBOX controller is off to see if you still see it in there or not. Cheers
  12. One of the major issue with bluetooth controllers is that if it turns off while your game is off (during a long bathroom break for example), depending on the game, you may not be able to use it again until you quit and restart the game. Would the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 prevent such an issue since a dongle is basically plugged in? Cheers
  13. Going to knock on wood here, but it's been 11 days since I updated my BIOS from F51 to F60f, updated my NVIDIA drive to 461.09 and disabled hardware acceleration in Chrome. Don't know which one of these steps worked, but I didn't get the issue since then.
  14. Zotac made me fill out an RMA form a couple of days ago, guess they're going to send me a new one.
  15. UPDATE: I flushed the driver in Safe Mode using DDU and installed the latest driver, just got the issue again a few minutes ago. So the issue is something else.
  16. I'll do it after I take note of all of my settings so that I can set them back after.
  17. But it's the same driver if I use a GTX 1080 and an RTX 3070, yes no?
  18. Hi there, Every since I installed my ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge OC (I had a Gigabyte GTX 1080 before), a few times a week, my screen will go black and I get this error in my Event Viewer: The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event. The following information was
  19. My card says "OC" on the box, wouldn't that mean that it's overclocked out of the box?
  20. Should I use 2x 8 pin cables for my 3070 instead of 1 with 2x 8 pin ends?
