  1. Supreme Commander is a great RTS if you're in to that kind of game (Not SupCom 2) we pretty much always end up playing FlatOut 2 as the night winds down becasue i'ts great goofy fun for all. Dont Starve Together is frequently somethign we play as we wit for people to show up. Smite is a common one for us as well. About hafl of us are EVE nerds so sometimes we do that for a bit. One thing that's worth figuring out is if you do better with playing WITH each other cooperatively or AGAINST each other and have games that each "faction" can play.
  2. I don't see anything glaringly obvious as far as "wrong" with that build. Generally expect all those components to have poor life, take forever to show up and/or be dead on arrival. Banggood is just cheap, in every sense of the word, if your'e in the states I HIGHLY suggest Racedayquads.com they're the best retailer I've ever used and they have pretty comparable pricing on a lot of stuff. Barring that I honeslty suggest paying a few extra bucks to get it off Amazon if it's available and at least be able to return DOA stuff. GetFPV, Heli-Direct and Helination are all also good, as is MyRCMart -
  3. I love my Logitech G933 headset, my girlfriend and I both have one they're very comfortable, the mic is adjustable and it has some nice features. The auto mute whne the mic is up and the G buttons are handy too (I have one set for push to talk so if I'm away from the keybaod i can still talk). You can run it wired or wireless and comes with the stuff to set it up to be used with older equipment that just runs off RCA wirelessly.
  4. I've beenmessing with this a while and haven't been able to figure how to actualy create that All Channel Stereo setup like you were talking about Kirashi. Do you have any links for a tutorial or something? Everything i've found is mostly just focusing on streamers and content creation.
  5. That sounds like just what i want. i dont want to create a 5.1 soundscape, i just want some music out of the rear speakers.
  6. I've got a 5.1 system, connected to my Crosshair Hero VII via the surround outputs (one 3.5mm for L/R one for rears, one for center/sub) and it all identifies corectly in windows, test tones all that, and it works in games. What I want to do is be able to get some audio out of those rear speakers when i'm just watching YouTube or listening to music. Is there a way to get windows to output to thsoe speakers when there isnt actually a surround signal? Make the smart surround setup a bit dumber in those situations?
  7. Personally i love my G700S. I can use it wireless or wired, the weight is perfect for me and I honestly find it the most ergonomic mouse I've ever used. It just fits my had perfectly.
  8. So it turns out i woudl have to buy a differnt fan controller thing from thermaltake mine is the "analog" one so i can't address it. Irritating. Thank you though!
  9. I didn't actually try these methods but this seems ot be what you're loking to do, add a new library folder. https://www.thewindowsclub.com/add-remove-folders-library-windows-10
  10. Did a little looking and while i'm sure it's been asked I couldn't find the answer i was looking for. Is there any kind of one-app-to-rule-them-all RGB solution? I have an Asus Crosshair VII motherboard with RGB, Corsair RGB Vengeance RAM and a Thermaltake AIO liquid cooler with 3 RGB Riing fans as well as a Logitech G910 Spark keyboard. I don't really mind the keybaord being seperate because I have the lighting profile change from game to game and so on but is there a way to use one app to control all the in-case colors?
  11. I've been a consistent fan of my Logitech G933. I like that it has cloth ear cups that dont suction to my head. My brother has a Razer Man O' War he loves though, i think that was about $150?
  12. Personally I would dramatically increase your HDD storage to a 3 or 4Tb drive, especially if you're game recording and video editing you'll go through a huge amount of space fast. Also, I'm pretty sure that's not a nVME m.2 drive so you're losing out on the performace gains there, cheaper to just get a 2.5 inch SATA SSD. I would also suggest a motherboard without WiFi for cheaper, unless you really need WiFi and lastly, for about 30 bucks cheaper, you can pick up a Ryzen 7 2700X 8-Core 16-Thread processor.
  13. So what you're talking about and confusing, it seems to me, is your flight controller and your radio transmitter. Your flight controller will have a radio receiver that is bound to your radio transmitter. Your flight controller will have your ESCs, receiver, and video transmitter connected to it. Flight controller is what translates what you tell your quad to do with your transmitter into actual motor speed changes whereas radio receiver just takes the signals you send with your transmitter and relays them to the flight controller. Before you rush out and just buy a thousand dollars worth of s
