  1. Ok thank you I will take a look. Hopefully this works
  2. I know. It may just be a software conflict or bug that only happens once in a blue moon.
  3. It is not happening again. Idk what caused it
  4. I’m testing the game to see if it happens again.
  5. This is not the only time this has happened so I don’t think it was this game (only my second time playing the game). This hasn’t happened in a long time so I thought it was good until it happened again. The I only correlation I can think of is that this problem happened only while I was playing games but considering I’m practically always playing games on my computer it doesn’t really narrow down the problem. I don’t think it’s just games that may push my computer because I have played AAA games with out having this problem.
  6. I was playing some war thunder when suddenly both my monitors go blank, The audio is still playing but only the audio that was already playing, an example being the plane noises, and All inputs stopped working. My computer was still on, I had to hold the power button for it to turn off and idk what caused it. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I wanna prevent it from happening. If you need more information I will be happy to provide it. Thank you.
  7. Actually I think 60 degrees is really hot. It should be 30. Sorry I was thinking about the wrong thing. You should try to get those temps lower. Unless it stays low while doing hard tasks like gaming, editing etc
  8. It’s probably boost clocking. This is when it auto increases the clock speed if it can handle those high speeds. Don’t worry this is normal. If it does it out of box I recommend keeping it unless it isn’t running properly. All you really did was slow down the CPU. But I don’t blame you. Also 60 degrees isn’t bad
  9. Umm. Try using something other than HDMI (or what ever cable your using) Like a DVI, VGA or display port cable and see if it works
  10. Your PC is having a Video graphics array (display) issue
  11. Did you try plugging into the Mother board instead. Or listen to beeps if there are any. Or look for the ez debug LED lights
  12. Can you Boot to windows. If yes check to see if the AMD Radeon soft ware shows up when you right click on your home screen. If no check if it’s download if not download it and see if it works. If downloading it doesn’t work cause of no GPU than it probably died but still get it checked by the micro center people. If yes than see what that says and continue from there, if you don’t know what to do send a comment with what it says and we can help from there
  13. It kinda can hurt cause chances are his game FPS might go down. I think it’s doing this so that it can keep up with the game load. You might want to reduce settings in game to see if it reduces The MB ram usage. It’s prob doing something similar to APU’s where it used the MB ram. How to disable that idk.
