RAID 0 (as far as I know) can only stripe to the lowest size. So you would get 60GB x 2 = 120GB of RAID 0.

If this is your only purpose you don't need a HX1000i, you don't need an i9 9900K nor you need 32GB of memory and air coolers are cheaper and better.

Reallocate your funds into an i7 9700K with 16GB of memory a RM550x and like a Dark Rock Pro 4 so you can afford a RTX 2080 Ti instead and have far higher-end gaming performance/experience.

If you can wait, do. Pudget will update the benchmarks with the new chips either on launch or shortly after. It's possible that the 3800x will beat out the 9900K, and it's probable that the 3900x will beat it. That said, the 9900K is certainly no slouch, either, and if you didn't want to wait the month and a week, I'd say you'll be fine with the 9900K for years to come. Here's the best build right now for Premiere Pro as the priority with gaming as a secondary priority:

I have some RGB on my PC and i love it, i tought it would be pretty annoying but i decided to try, and after installing i discovered that it is really cool. I don't regret getting my RGB watercooler and would put RGB fans on my case too, it gives kinda of a happy feeling.

You need power or a good camera? The A9 camera looks better (spec ,from all things they say the hardest to believ is image quality as it is hard to know the quality of a screen looking from other screen) and S9 and S9+ are stronger to run apps, you need to see what do you preffer

Almost in every case, they choose you. Like a Pokemon trainer. Suddenly I feel like a slave.
The way to be chosen is you have to be:
    1) upstanding and preferably with a clear warning history
    2) knowledgeable in some sector of tech
    3) pretty active in posting helpful posts that utilize said knowledge

It's probably struggling to keep up a good memory clock without quite as much juice. Play around with the settings if you can to favor that over the core clock. Memory tends to help performance a lot more than the core, especially in GPUs.

BurstHearts reacted to i_build_nanosuits in HTC Vive/Oculus and PSVR quality of games, question to PC/Console folks.
PSVR is actually very good...it's not as clean as a rift in terms of visual clarity, especially if you facor in the super sampling that you can do with a powerful graphics card, but the headset is very comfy and it works well enough.

THAT SAID...oh and the games on playstation are indeed fun some of them exclusives are really nice...THAT SAID (again lol) with a PC VR headset you can do MUCH more...Racing Sims, Flight sims, VR porn, movies etc. and on steam there's an infinite amount of stuff to try and enjoy and a lot of it is free...and there are many games, and many of them are AWESOME...

All in all, look...you're going to build a PC soon? and also new headsets are coming out soon...oculus rift S started pre-order already, Valve index too, HP reverb...many new higher resolution sets are about to come out...so people like me with a rift with 3 sensors will want to upgrade to something better and, at least for me, i will sell my oculus for cheap...like probably 200$ or something with 3 sensors and cable extensions...

If i was you i would keep focus on PC VR and forget PSVR at the end of the day it'll serve you a lot better i'm sure, unless you can afford both in which case i'd say if you want to have fun with it get PSVR and buy PC VR later.

    1-Install the CPU for them
2-If possible show them some videos. Maybe Austin Evans he is more family friendly (sorry Linus)
3-Also if possible say that if they behave and the PC works you will make a raffle
4 If it is your computer just don't do the raffle and let them test or play or do benchmarks

BurstHearts reacted to minibois in 2x8 or 4x8 RAM? Conflicting Information? - Any Difference?
Well, one set will have twice the memory.. So that's kind of a difference..

What kind of answer are you looking for?
Just in general - there is not a speed difference because more sticks, any difference is apparent because more GB of RAM. This will not be a difference in gaming, but is something that will help in 'creative applications' (think video editing, heavy photo/image editing, 3D modeling).

Unless you're going for a platform that support quad channel memory, you'll get two dual channel sets, meaning two will work together, not all 4 together.

It is hard to say as the build quality and overall life of a led can be way shorter than the rest of the components. It can last a reasonable time, but i recommend that you start saving for a new one, if you find get an gamemax iceberg 240, it is cheap and have a really good performance
