  1. I'm looking to buy this Philips E-line 278E1A, 27" monitor its 4k @60 i want to know if it will run let say: im 100% sure it runs at 2560x1440 @75Hz but i dont know if it will do 1920x1080 @144Hz.
  2. I can also go for a B550 Tomahawk wich is $20 cheaper im not sure wich 1 to get i think of the x570 its classified better but also people say it has a bad fan on the chipset or whatever. My options are $190 B550 Tomahawk or $210 X570 Tomahawk both new on box from shop in my city not buying online.
  3. Hello! will i have any problems if i buy a X570 Tomahawk and use 4+4 cpu power connector ? because my psu only has 1 8pin that can be split to 4+4, but the X570 has 1x8pin and a 1x4pin. my CPU is R7 3800XT and i wont OC it i expect precision boost to give nice clocks since its a XT cpu. will my pc shut down or not boot or some other issues ?
  4. Thank you very much for your help have a nice day
  5. Which PSU is the go to for my build: Be Quiet Pure Power 11 600W 80+ Gold for $83 = €71 or Corsair CX Series CX650M 80+ Bronze for $92 = €82 I want to go with the silent psu and it is gold rated but im not sure if 600W is enough. PC specs: Ryzen 7 3800X arctic freezer 34 esports duo cpu cooler WHITE CoolerMaster Masterbox TD500 Mesh White [only 3 fans on the front] Arctic BioniX P120 - Colour: White [case fan for the back] MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK 970 Evo plus 250GB Crucial Ballistix 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3600 CL-16 Desktop Gaming Mem
  6. I also did some math 17+19+19+39 = 94/4 = 23.5 = 3600MHz/23.5 = 153.19 17+21+21+41 = 100/4 = 25 = 3733MHz/25 = 149.32 Basically the 3600 gives a higher score. The difference isnt that big but sitll no point in giving $9.5 more for less performance.
  7. Which ram should i chose for ryzen 7 3700x and msi b550 tomahawk Option nr 1: Patriot Viper Steel 16GB DDR4-3600MHz (PVS416G360C7K) CL-17-19-19-39 - price €70 = $83 Option nr 2: Patriot Viper Steel 16GB DDR4-3733MHz (PVS416G373C7K) CL-17-21-21-41 - price €77.9 = $92.5 I saw something about infinity fabric and the best raw memory latency was on 3733MHz ram so i dont know which 1 to get
  8. I want to buy this $50 case: https://www.lc-power.com/en/product/pc-cases/atx-gaming-cases/gaming-988w-blue-typhoon/ but i dont know if my motherboard will fit or no. MAG B550 Tomahawk
  9. I dont want to overclock much i will try 4.2GHz if its not below 75 Celcius then i will try 4.0GHz + CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO costs €35 or Be Quiet Pure Rock 2 Black €36, + $5 Arctic MX-4 2019 Edition 4gr = total €40 Also thank you very much for helping. All that is left now is for prices to go down like 2-3 weeks after zen 3 comes out, right now r7 2700x is €170 here on europe im hopping the 3700x will go down to €190-€200
  10. Thank you i did the math and i will spend that extra €26 and go for the Tomahawk. I hope i can take my 3700X to 4.2GHz on stock coller since my case already has 5 fans build in 3 in front, 1 in back and 2 on the top.
  11. Im thinking to build a new PC with the Ryzen 7 3700x when zen 3 comes out and prices go a bit down, and i have seen a lot of stuff such as youtube and here that gigabyte motherboards are faulty or not work, etc. I want to go with the Aorus B550 Elite [rev. 1.0] which costs €137 there is also other options such as: Asus TUF Gaming B550-PLUS which costs €141 MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk which costs €163 [idk if this info is needed] RAM is Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB DDR4-3600MHz, Be quiet Pure power 11 600W [this psu is 80+ gold], 250gb 970 evo plus so which of the motherboard should
  12. thanks but if that happens i'll give back the cpu to the owner and get the money back, cu'z i'm buying the cpu at my town not online he told me if the worst case happens that it won't work i will give you back the money
