  1. This isn't recycling. Recycling would be converting the waste plastic in a new plastic product. Converting plastic into fuel is just another form of waste disposal.

@TheCoder2019 RGB has a horrible light quality compared to dedicated white LED. That's why I went on my PCB (which should arraive soon) with single colour and not RGB.
  4. Strato HiDrive has a 1€ for 1 year promotion and supports r-sync along other protocols.

My favorite bug was still waiting for me. Welcome back old friend.

  6. metal: robust but easily leaves marks plastic: lower strength with the benefit of lower risk of leaving marks on the thing you are opening As both are fine for you go to ebay, aliexpress, etc. and buy a metal prey tool as plastic is more difficult (cheap plastic tools tend to break easily). For plastic the old trick of guitar picks and credit card is always a option.

They are plenty long. Looking at the 03 I wouldn't be surprised if they are identical beside the cosmetic plastic parts.

    thin steal, lot's of plastic

size? Way better then a Nanoxia deep silence 3 but still chunky.

Is the Node 202 higher quality? Thicker metal and less generic feeling plastic?

As far as I know, the 03 is only slightly thicker.

breh I stg I'm gonna find out a way to make cables with adjustable length so this bullshit isn't a problem anymore.

@Schnoz Solved it now by moving the PSU a few mm clearing the space above the slot (only the center). Haven't (yet) checked if the cable could be twisted in such away. For better or worse I have no control over the bending radius meaning this thing is a square box. current state:
  11. There are different NVidia SKUs. Each one is missing the memory in a different position. Gigabyte was probably just to lazy to adjust the production line so they always place the thermalpad there even through it is useless.
  12. Burn it. Make basic hydrocarbons. Continue as usual.
  13. Wonder what is more expensive then RGB?

VLP = very low profile RAM (not higher then the slot itself).

cutting the half by two doubles the price.

    Another fail:

    317x322x98 is 10.003 L which is more then 10L.

Let's start hunting the 1 mm.

Btw. the P-ATX V2 is 10.08 L and with that above the symbolic 10 L mark.

I don't think I can find one on Newegg, but Amazon may have better results.

  15. This isn't about the chip shortage. It might help to get it through but there are far more objectives related to this (some of them are defense/military related). Miners are probably not the largest consumer/buyer group but they are a good target to tell stories.
  16. The ATX 10L PC has one gigantic problem: Arctic Xtrem IV:

I used the Asus Strix for the mockups/concept assuming it would be similar in size.

Yeah: 40 mm vs 54 mm.

Unless there are quiet 5 mm fans this won't go well but there is still one option to recover the additional 14 mm: ultra low profile RAM which isn't higher then the slot itself which gives me 12.73 mm and the remaining 1.27 mm could be reducing spacing to 3.2 mm between RAM and GPU.

Length is thankfully nearly identical and won't be a issue.

  19. Can be done. Difficulty ranges from just swapping the LEDs to minor modifications so since you don't have the tools fine some one. If you want it cheaper dissemble it and just bring the PCB to him.

@FakeKGB Don't start with money. "Game it" with real data. Once your statistic is good/consistent maybe consider throwing real money into it. Also only throw money if your mind allows losing and winning without changing what you do otherwise you will lose.

Hope the same. The 4650G is crazy expensive for what it is. I don't get why AMD decided to make the APUs system integrator exclusive in the first place.
