So i'm running a rtx 2070s, I7-8700k and 32GB ram at 3200MHZ and only getting ~40fps in warzone.... all at low settings RTX off What can I do?

Just tried lowering all settings in nvidia control panel. still no joy. usage is sitting at 95% on gpu 40% on cpu and only 25% ram

Hey all, I need help troubleshooting this issue. I've been trying to play Warzone for months but every game I play the performance is terrible, I'm getting ~45FPS with all settings turned to the lowest. My drivers are fully updated. also running an I7-8700k, 32gb ram. the game is on a sea gate barracuda 2tb which, I doubt would be the cause of the issue but I guess is worth stating. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

Hello all, i am running an Intel Core i7-8700K, AMD RX470, 16GB DDR4 2133Mhz, 1TB HDD, 2 TB HDD, 120GB SSD (boot drive) Auorus Z370 K3 gaming motherboard. I am upgrading to a GTX 1070-Ti and was wondering what sort of power requirements are needed to be able to run it with no problems?
