let me ask again, have you tried this: disconnecting the fan, the yellow red black cable connected to the white connector?

you should contact them asap, they reply within 1-2 days.

Not at all, having a control surface is far more beneficial

blackmagic has 3 ATEM TV Studio Switchers HD that costs $1000 (only if you need to be ultra portable) Pro HD that costs $2300 4K that costs $3000 if you buy the ATEM Production Studio M/E system, you will also need to buy the Advanced Panel if you want a physical control surface instead of using a computer to control the ATEM M/E with the software.  So that's $2500 for the 1 M/E 4K and $3000 for the 1M/E Advanced Panel I am recommending the (listed in bold) ATEM TV Studio Pro HD or the 4K because the cost of investment is less and they can do everything you need.

Because you currently have 2 HDMI based cameras and possible additional HDMI input sources, the Pro HD has 4 HDMI inputs and 4 SDI inputs mixed in.

BUT, for the HDMI based cameras, using a HDMI to SDI converter poses very little issue other than it will be 2 additional devices you need to add into your setup, the ATEM TV Studio 4K with all inputs being SDI poses no problem either.  The only thing you will have to do here is then for the computer sources (Propresenter or other sources that are computer based)
find a HDMI to SDI converter that will not have issues with digital protection embedded HDMI signals and always check the computer's GPU display out configuration to send out an appropriate resolution to avoid black bars (not a difficult task, just need to remember to always check what the resolution for screen mirroring or 2nd monitor out via HDMI is).  OR: the software like Propresenter needs to support outputting an image using video cards like Decklinks or Ultrastudio devices with SDI ports. OR: avoid sending out movies and other videos that have copyright protection to the HDMI to SDI converter.  Stuff like Powerpoint presentations don't pose a problem as they don't normally have digital protection when you project them to a TV or projector or send them out via HDMI to some other destination. Another benefit of the ATEM TV Studio switchers (not the M/E units), at least for the SDI inputs.  All the SDI inputs on the ATEM TV Studio Switchers have their own individual SDI loop outs.  You can use this to connect multiple video recording devices (like the Hyperdeck recorders) to record an unmixed feed of each video source.  With this, you don't have to go to press "rec" on each camera if you want to have "clean" recordings of each camera input.  You can sit at your location and press the "rec" buttons on the recording devices sitting in front of you, even if the cameras are placed around the venue at different locations.

Also remember, the TV Studio Pro 4K has re-sync and standards conversion built in as they don't assume all the cameras you use are the same make and model.  With the M/E switchers, they assume that you will use the same kind of "professional" studio cameras as that's where they expect you to use the M/E hardware.

With the M/E, the SDI ins do not have their individual loop outs (you would need to buy the Constellation Unit for this), so you can't connect recording devices to the unit to record unmixed inputs.  You would need to press "rec" on each camera input individually. I don;t see any mention of the M/E units having the ability to do ISO record via one of the aux outputs.

The TV Studio switchers have fewer aux outputs than the Production Studio M/E units.  But there is a workaround if you need to distribute the image to multiple destinations.

If you need to distribute the program out to multiple destinations (assuming that all the destinations are supposed to see the same image as the image being sent to the live streaming service), you can get a SDI distribution box.  the SDI loop outs can also be used to distribute specific camera/video sources (obviously not the mixed program out)
    https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1044818-REG/blackmagic_design_convmsdida4k_mini_converter_sdi.html

If you need more complex routing and distribution, you will need a video matrix whether you buy the TV Studio switcher or Production Studio M/E switchers.

OK the M/E advanced panel has small LCD screens for each button to create custom labels. But you could always print out labels and stick them on the TV Studio switcher panels too.

if you need a tally system for your setup, you don't have to buy the blackmagic system that works with the ATEM switchers unless you have blackmagic cameras.  This third party tally system can be used with ATEM switchers, even if you are using blackmagic cameras
    https://flextally.cerevo.com/en/

1 final important thing: whether you buy the TV Studio switchers with panels or go for the M/E advanced panel setup, any camera control or color correction feature they come with, those only work for blackmagic cameras. They won't work for sony, canon, panasonic, jvc, or other cameras.  Same for the integrated talkback, as far as I'm aware the integrated talkback feature is also only for blackmagic cameras that have a talkback connection.

    hope I covered everything

budget? how many people operating the equipment?

so 4 HDMI sources and possible 3 SDI (I assume PTZ cameras will use SDI connections if not sending the signal over ethernet).
So get the ATEM TV Studio Pro HD, has 4 SDI and 4 HDMI input

    why 4 monitors?
1 monitor for the multiview from the switcher 1 monitor for computer or maybe better a  laptop to provide software control/configuration for the switcher and prepare graphics or media playout 1 monitor for streaming computer or better a laptop for streaming software 2 & 3 can be done on the same computer if the computer can handle it, like a custom built mini-pc with a decent cpu and gpu and necessary capture card If you've reached the limits of OBS, why not try using Wirecast?

1 of my clients this year is a church that pays me to operate their live streaming 2 times a week (I'm an atheist), and all I use is 1 camera, 1 web presenter and 1 laptop

or save yourslef a lot of hassle and use a couple of cameras and the ATEM Mini switchers (4 hdmi inputs), a decent laptop for control/streaming

it's not an easy thing for 1 person to operate the streaming, the switcher, the ptz cameras, the graphics, etc.  last month I spent 2 weeks with a crew of 8 in 1 room where we had 1 roaming camera, 3 ptz cameras, 2 vision mixers, 1 titler computer, 1 broadcast computer for a virtual conference

    A few flaws here:
    1. the way you've placed the sensors side by side looks more like the cameras are rotated 90 degrees (portrait orientation instead of the normal landscape orientation of sensors), so at max you are getting 19K image if you measure by the horizontal dimension.  19440 x 12288 sensor.

    2. If you meant to put the sensors side by side in a landscape format you are getting a very wide format 36K (36684 x 6480) which is a 50:9 image.  It just increases horizontal view without increasing vertical view.  Projecting that kind of wide screen image onto even the largest imax screen, you will still have black bars top and bottom if the image uses the full width of the screen.  The world's largest imax screen is 117.2ft x 97ft according to Wikipedia, which is just barely a 11:9 ratio image.

You would need 9 cameras, not 3, to get a 36K standard where both horizontal and vertical view is increased proportionally.

Sennheiser has digital wireless system too, look at sennheiser AVX.  I also have this system but i prefer the G3/G4 system because you can manually set the levels.  the AVX has some built in automatic audio gain/level control that is not always user friendly
The zoom f6 is also a good recorder but for the places you go to record maybe the sound devices mixpre mark II models will be better.  they are more capable than zoom recorders.

My view is simple: while the event is indeed taking place at a public venue and not in private property like a house, the event itself though is a private event being hosted by the family and they do have the right to dictate or request that guests abide by certain conditions.  They are not telling people to give up drinking for the rest of their lives.  It would be the same as if it was a wedding and everyone was informed or expected to wear something formal and not show up in a Hawaiian shirt, shorts and sandals.

It's absolutely proper procedure, but you would be surprised at how many clients I've had that don't know this. I've had people deliver documents to me under the guise of it becoming a huge surprise in the court. While it might be a surprise to the opponent, the lawyer will have known about it for months.
It usually comes up when I discuss cutting excess evidence from the case with my clients, since I will have discussed it with the other party first.

A lot of clients are also shocked when I act friendly with the other side's lawyers. I honestly blame all the court room drama shows.

I can't help with software for linux mayube try davinci resolve for video editing in Linux. there is version for it.  Photo editing I don't know which software is available for linux.
for question about video filming codec if your sony A6000 supports XAVC-S as the best codec then you likely want to use it when you need it.  but also you should use proxy files during edit because it is a long GOP interframe codec that is compressed so if you do not have a powerful computer you can face performance issues when the computer has to spend processing time to decode the footage.  if you do not need the advantages that XAVC-S offers over the other internal codecs like H264/MP4 or AVCHD don't use it.  you should also try to see if you should film in other picture profiles in the camera since the in consumer cameras like the A6000 Sony labels them picture profiles instead of gamma or color space to define if the camera is using Rec709, SLOG2, SLOG3, HyperGamma or other.  But when using these other profiles i recommend you use an external monitor that can load LUTs.

you can do a search on google for XAVC-S vs AVCHD vs MP4 and about what benefits are offered by S-LOG vs HyperGamma vs Rec709 or standard color spaces.  sometimes using the "best" features the camera can do can be overkill for what you need and may consume more of your time to get to the final product you want.  and sometimes using those best features may require extra accessories to do the work done properly.

It depends on the person  When I was younger I dated older women and my sister would give me shit for it, but whenever that fell apart either they would become stalkers or just shrug it off in a mom kind of way towards someone younger.  Had to get my number changed a few times.  As for girls with depression and anxiety when I broke up with them it starts going into a 3 phase thing.  1) The world is over for them.  2) They go silent for awhile and shrug everything off then start saying nothing matters and they don't matter.  3)  They get over all of that then get into this jealousy and condescending stage where they get all judgmental for you being with another person.  Like I was spending time with my now fiancee and playing L4D2.  My ex-who I am still trying to be friends with says that it is odd that I'm playing L4D2.  I told her my fiancee had asked me to play it with her, and then she smugly shrugged it off and went silent.  A day later she posts something on FB about missing me.  So yes, they do get very heartbroken.

I wouldn't get a cheap carbon frame. Cheap and carbon are not two things that should be paired together.
If it's a really cheap bike, it's not steel. It's probably chromoly. Steel is a relatively expensive material to make a frame out of.
You're better off looking at an aluminium frame.

Everyone has issues dealing with rejection, so that's not really something that should surprise you. Taking his name off isn't helping her in any way. She has to do that herself, and if she can't, you're only aiding her inability to do what appears to be anything herself. The best thing you can do as her friend is just to be there for her, at a distance, and telling her how it is. Be blunt and straight forward. The best friends are. Sugar coating or pussy footing around things aren't doing her any favours. Just keep suggesting things to her like you are, and don't care about whether she does it or not. You have on control over that. Ultimately that part is totally on her.

As for her whole "relationship" situation, the fact it moved that quickly should have been a pretty obvious red flag and you should have prepped her for disaster in advance. Nothing starts that quickly and goes well. What lights quickly also burns out quickly. You become infatuated quickly, you do not fall in love quickly. That's not how it works. He also works a job to make quick, large amounts of cash. That alone should tell you he's not in many things for the long haul. Your friend is also to blame in this whole situation. She chased after him, when he clearly showed he wasn't down for a long distance relationship. Don't hack into his phone. He doesn't feel the same as she does, period. She needs to stop. Period. Anything more is simply an unhealthy action.

Honestly, I don't think your friend really knows what she wants. If she's after some perfect, fairy tale ending she's delusional and her expectations are unrealistic. She'll always be disappointed, and likely get herself into more of these situations.

Everyone handles breakups differently. This was hardly a relationship at all, so she clearly gets attached to quickly and easily. Good luck

Right. Cuz that makes sense, when really, she's equally if not more to blame
Guys can be perfectly fine at communication ?
LOL if being good in bed is most important to her, she's not looking for a relationship or marriage. Send her over to Tinder, tell her to go nuts. Easiest way to get over someone is to get under somebody else.

She definitely has low self esteem...though that should be rather obvious. Having fun at a club in that way is pretty immature. I'd guess the immaturity is more what she struggles with than anything else. Hell, I know 22 year olds that are more mature than that.
Agreed. Though, I'll say weights. Might as well do something that'll burn more calories and build some sexy AF muscle.
Haha, there is no such thing as the three date rule. That's simply something people make up to make themselves feel better. It also makes little sense. Feel chemistry, and you're both down? Fuck on the first date. Just know it can alter the chemistry of the relationship depending on how you feel about it.
I don't think so. You wouldn't really bother carrying on the long distance part once you'd gotten what you wanted.

    Well you should've.

Real friends try to stop each other from making big mistakes, even when doing so may end up straining the friendship in the short term.

And if your friend gets really mad at you and cuts ties with you because you tell them the truth, well then screw them.

EDIT: OKay, after reading further into this thread, I came to understand that your friend is a know-it-all, shallow, needy, doesn't listen to people who care for her, has no problem with constantly unloading her emotional baggage on other people, and mistakes her horny-ness ("sex is the most important thing in a relationship") with a need for a relationship. Aside from knowing this person for a long time, why are you really friends with her?
  25. Informative
LaFemmeEnVert reacted to Giganthrax in What the F is wrong with people?
Neither of these two people is well adjusted if they're talking about marriage within days of meeting each other. This is teenager behavior at best, and low-IQ behavior at worst (low IQ people tend to be highly impulsive and to make their decisions based on emotions rather than common sense).

Now, your friend clearly has issues, as evidenced by her needing to be medicated, so I assume that for her to open up to a guy like that is a massive deal.

As for the guy, I think he is/was into her, but that the distance really killed it for him. It's quite possible that he can't find anyone else, which is why he keeps returning to her. Either way, he seems irresponsible and foolish, and their relationship was doomed from the start.

As for how you should approach your friend, I'm afraid you're either going to grit your teeth and endure her whining, or spend less time with her. I used to hang out with people who would just go on and on and on about their emotional problems every time I saw them, and I ended up hanging out with them a lot less or not at all. After all, what's the point of me being there if all my words fall on deaf ears?

If you end up doing the same, don't feel bad about it. Friendship goes both ways, and human beings are wired to dislike and avoid people who refuse to help themselves.
