I've had trouble with my OnePlus Bullets Wireless 2 Bluetooth - headset on my desktop for a while now, where the audio would just occasionally cut completely out for a couple of seconds randomly. Also, attempting to use the headset's microphone would just lock Windows 10 up. Full reinstall of Windows didn't work, neither did any driver-updates, disabling power-management or anything else. So, I bought a PCIe WiFi 6 + Bluetooth 5.1 - adapter based on Intel's AX200NGW off of eBay some while ago and installed it on my desktop yesterday.
I haven't had any need to test the WiFi - capabilities on the card, but Bluetooth works great; audio ain't cutting out anymore, microphone works, the signal carries further away than it did with the previous USB-stick I used for Bluetooth. The card with an included screwdriver, two antennas, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1 and all cost less than a single Bluetooth 5.x USB - stick, so totally not a bad buy. I definitely recommend, if anyone reading this has a need for a good Bluetooth - solution.
