except they dont share the same OEM much at all.........

Seasonic OEMs themselves except for some the OEM out to RSY.
EVGA  OEMs out to Superflower, HEC, FSP, Andyson, Seasonic and more
Phantex sharing OEM with Seasonic as they OEM out to Seasonic.

not that sharing OEM is all that indicative of quality........ nor is pointing at brand helpful in a purchasing decision

    Gainward GeForce RTX 3060Ti Ghost 8GB GDDR6 (471056224-2270) w Morele.net
    Western Digital Blue 500 GB M.2 2280 SATA III (WDS500G2B0B) w Morele.net
    Cooler Master MWE 600 Bronze V2 600W (MPE-6001-ACAAB-NL) w Morele.net

    Team Group Vulcan Z, DDR4, 16 GB, 3200MHz, CL16 (TLZGD416G3200HC16CDC01) w Morele.net

something along the lines of this would be pretty decent. only thing missing is now is a case and this should come to a total of about 3970 zloty.

then RMA it or update the bios untill it posts......... a sample size of 1 does not qutomatically mean these cheap bins are bad.
and we are working with a limited budget here, and there is no reason to spend a notable ammount extra for specific ICs. especially since there is no indication that the person will be tuning the memmory. so ive got not clue why you are talking about specific memmory ICs. especially ones that cost notably extra.
it can run a 5950x just fine with an aircooler. its a perfectly fine motherboard. If you dont know the VRM capabilities of a board, then at least look into it.
its a perfectly good build for hobbyist video editing. you dont need a very expencive CPU to do decent video editing.........

you seem to want to spend a lot extra on things that dont really have a major impact.......... and with the budget given, i dont see a reason to spend money on those things.

GoldenLag got a reaction from tachikoma01 in Can my Seasonic Prime Titanium 650 handle my futur RTX3080?
given Prime PSUs are one of the few units that are transient sensetive, its entirely possible that the unit will trip. in fact is pretty likely unless Seasonic changed something, and its a very new batch

    i can point to models

Corsair RMx (2018) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (CP-9020180-NA) - PCPartPicker

cheaper and better than a focus gx.

Corsair HX Platinum 1000 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (CP-9020139-NA) - PCPartPicker

and this can be argued to be better than pretty much most of what Seasonic has on the market. and its not that much more than the Focus gx 850w.

Yeah, there's different levels of performance and 4/4 is going to struggle on modern games. I just sold my 5675C system which was a struggle, and I'm not looking forward to doing same on 6600k. While I don't agree with the following statement for new stuff, it does seem to apply better for used parts: "There's are no bad products, only bad prices". At the right price, someone will take it.

its worth noting its not really a major issue, but its something to consider. its not like the 4c/4t which is essentially a no-go these days unless you have no other option

I would go with a more notable psu brand, for example, coarshair or evaga. It all depends on how much wattage you need. I have a 450 watt psu in my gaming system and it is more than enough.
JUST MAKE SURE IT IS RATED 80+ BRONZE, 80+ GOLD, 80+ PLATINUM OR 80+ TITANIUM!!!

not really, the MWE gold is a decent unit.

there is no such thing as a reputable brand. or at least not in any capacity that you can trust the sticker.

id just grab the MWE gold, or if you are gonna spend a little extra.
    https://pangoly.com/en/review/bitfenix-whisper-m-650w

Whisper M would be a better pick.

    also worth looking at:
https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/1112043/bitfenix-formula-gold-650w.html (same as the Whisper M, but not modular)
https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/1331692/enermax-revolution-d-punt-f-650-watt.html (as good as the Whisper M)

dont really have access to something like a Whisper M. so cant exactly do that.

and it can certainly be overloaded.
yeah i can see that system being able to overload it.

GoldenLag got a reaction from w33dhit in Can my psu hx750i catch fire / explode if its not strong enough?
well, not really. you just need the right 650w powersupply. tho offcourse running something like a 9900k or 10900k at the same time really isnt a bright idea.
    i wouldnt claim that either.
i would say its fine assuming they arent pushing wattage or are rutting other high wattage parts in conjunction.

yeah i wouldnt suggest overclocking the high powerlimit 3090s on these "mid wattage" PSUs, doesnt change the fact that there are 650w PSUs which can run the 3090 without issue. its not ideal, for a couple of reasons, but it does work.

yeah because the AX is worse than the HX and HXi. AXi is the undisputed best PSU that you can relativly easily get your hands on
i recommended it as an entirely unneccesary step up. regular HX or similar would be better. DPP12 is a step down from the best digital Powersupplies. and its a great powersupply. but you really dont have to spend that much on a PSU.

because i can point to 650w powersupplies that can run the 3090 just fine, and that would include a theroretical 650w hxi

just dont put and overclocked CPU on full load and full load 3090 at the same time.

if you want bonkers PSUs. just for a little extra, there is something neat you can get:
https://www.prisjakt.no/product.php?p=5533918 the DPP12, but at that point you might aswell just get the 1500w version.

https://www.prisjakt.no/product.php?p=5533917 which is actually in stock over at Multicom. but at that point you could almost just go for the best PSU on the market.

https://www.prisjakt.no/product.php?p=4652296 this being pretty much the undisputed best PSU on the market atm. that you can easily get your hands on

    edit:

worth noting you can just get a cheaper Straight Power 11 or similar, which you can essentially keep and use for the same ammount of time as the HXi without issue. same with the non-i. unless you really want the iCUE features, there isnt a notable reason to get the HXi

yes, and it will be fine. unless you for some reason do aida64 and furmark all the time......
all i said was that brand does not matter...........?
and as we all know, brands dont matter.
Proshop has it and you get it in at a reasonable timeframe. order it now, and you will probably have it by Friday. and the 750w unit will work fine untill then.
