yolosnail reacted to Red Hardware in Changes on March 16th, 2021 to Lastpass free tier will prevent you from using Lastpass on more than one type of device
Happy to see I'm not the only one lol
IMO If u r in google ecosystem, their built-in password manager is a really good option

I personally just use Google Password Manager.
I can't be arsed with installing a separate app to manage my passwords, my passwords are synced between Chrome on all my devices and with pretty much every app I use on Android.
Oh, and it only costs the low, low price of all my data, something which I'm past caring about protecting!

yolosnail got a reaction from Master Delta Chief in UK politicians call for "making the resale of goods purchased using an automated bot an illegal activity"
This is absolutely ridiculous, and not to get political but you can instantly tell which parties this came from!
So is this also going to outlaw the automated systems that stores use to order goods from suppliers as well?
And if they're saying "gaming consoles and computer components should be available to all customers at no more than the Manufacturer’s Recommended Retail Price", isn't that just price fixing?
If I want to buy all the graphics cards, I should be able to.
If I want to use a bot to buy them, I should be able to.
If I want to then sell them at an egregious mark up, I should be able to
If Nvidia doesn't want me to buy all the graphics cards, they should stop me, not the government.
If Nvidia doesn't want to me use a bot to buy them, they shouldn't let me.
If Nvidia doesn't want me to sell them at an egregious mark up, then that's none of their bloody business, I bought them, they're mine and I can do whatever the F I like with them.
As people keep saying, stop buying from the bloody scalpers, if people are buying, they're going to keep selling. You don't need all your rays traced that much!

All the people that used Beats are now using Airpods. It's not about the sound quality, it's about the image, and Airpods are the new thing to be seen wearing

Realistically though, as long as it still runs software at the same performance level than the current Intel chips perform, does it really matter what architecture they're using?

yolosnail reacted to RejZoR in AMD Releases RDNA 2 Cooler Designs
The red trim is nothing compared to what AIB's put on the cards. And it can be modded in no time with little tools required.

yolosnail got a reaction from DededeKirby in AMD Releases RDNA 2 Cooler Designs
Sorta-update:
Jay of JayzTwoCents has shown a photograph in his latest video of the 'actual' card that he was sent by a 'source'. I kind of agree that it would have looked so much better without the red trim
Summary
Not sure if this really counts as 'news' but AMD Radeon has just released a photograph on Twitter of the new RX 6000 series cooler design, you can supposedly view it on Fortnite, but I'm not a 9 year old so I'll just take their word on that
Quotes
My thoughts
No doubt this is in order to take some attention away from the upcoming RTX 3000 launch since they have nothing to show for another few weeks yet.
I must say, I do like the design, although still looks a bit too 'gamery' for me. I wish they'd kept the aesthetic of the Vega VII design, but logically it has to be infinitely better than the blower design they've used in the past.
