That spec isn't too bad. I would change the power supply though to the new CXM (Grey label) if you go with Corsair or anything from Seasonic.

You could drop the ram speed down to 2133MHz if you can find any cheaper, as the board only supports that speed. The 2666MHz kit will work ok but it will run at 2133MHz.

    The rest looks fine.

Because at least a couple people are going to ask you, Why go AMD for your chip?

Also just to clarify on your Western Digital drives, I highly recommend the WD Blacks just because they are built to last longer than most other drives

Also Static Dissipation isn't *really* a big thing to worry about normally. Take your socks off before building, don't rub your feet on a shag carpet, wear as little polyester as possible if you're really freaked out about it.
and/or go and pick up an ESD wrist strap, tie it around your ankle and clip it to your computer case or another grounded piece of steel and you should be good. Also do not touch any contact surfaces/pins and try to avoid touching exposed circuit boards whenever possible.

Luke and Linus have excellent videos regarding safe PC building on the Channel. The older PC Build Guides are generally better because they took a bit more care about safety, now they're proficient enough that things like ESD safety are just commonplace

    1) thermal pads are for memory chips, thermal paste for CPU and GPU chips.

    2) top and rear should be exhaust, front and bottom and side for intake.

    3) you don't need liquid cooling, just get a 212 evo, it is cheap and quieter than stock and performs well

    4) ground yourself by touching a large metal object like the case every few seconds and before handling components like GPU and motherboard and CPU.
Work on a non-metal table and preferably not on carpet.

    5) welcome
