I don't think so. those are just devices that your computer sees and to taken them off list theyd have to be taken off network.

if you can find the MAC address you can good the first octet and find manufacturer which might tell you what hte device is

do everything in safe mode and you won't have a problem. safe mode only uses default display drivers.

The i7-4790K is still very capable of gaming, so I'd upgrade the graphics card.
Unless your really eager for an upgrade, I'd leave the system as it is for at least another year.
