Oh this looks quite nice. I actually might have to pick this up myself, I have a family member myself who was looking to get into digital drawling.

From what I'm seeing all the Gigabyte Z390 AORUS Pro's match at least 3200 or more when it comes to RAM speed. Where did you get your info from?

Edit: Also RAM can always "downclock" its speed to run at slower speeds to match the CPU/motherboard its paired with.

Are you looking to get better gaming performance with your current specs? At this point the Xeon is probably limiting you assuming your playing at 1080p and I would actually go for a CPU upgrade over a GPU one. I suspect as we approach 2024 and on we will start seeing more miners quit as the difficulty of bitcoin drastically starts to increase.

I would try and save up for an i5 10400f as in the US you could easily get it, along with a motherboard and RAM for $300 however it looks to be more like $450 right now in Norway if I do a KR to USD conversion. The only thing that might fall in to your current budget might be a Ryzen 5 1600 but thats not a big enough upgrade for me to recommend. Also most GPUs for $300 even here in the US market won't be much of an upgrade right now over a 1650 unless you win the lottery and find something priced at or near MSRP. (even the used market options are not that great)

Well yeah I knew they wanted a drawling tablet, just wanted to add another perspective, because if they already have a laptop setup it could be a lot cheaper to get a Wacom and some decent drawling software and go that route, Also depends on how good the laptop monitor is with color range, and how well the software they would use works.

What do you need water cooling for? If your not running a CPU that's gonna run really hot like one of the more extreme Intel CPUs or Threadripper water cooling just adds an expensive point of failure to the PC.

Not as over-hyped as blue exorcist. At least demon slayer followed through on being edgy. Blue exorcist pretended it was going to be edgy and then the studio made a slice of life anime instead.

I went and made the build on PCPartPicker, just a little easier to sort through that way. Also used a 3700X over the 3800X

I doubt there is a difference in performance between the 3700x and 3800x worth 60 CAD. Maybe there is, someone else can disagree here if they think so.

Been using the Quest 2 since November and I've loved it. I haven't run into any issues with the multiple steam games I've played and its been a pretty enjoyable experience. Only reason I wouldn't see someone getting it, is if they didn't want a FB account. There are rumors of a Quest 3 but apparently thats not expected until sometime in 2022.

1333 x2 = 2666... DDR stands for Double Data Rate.. so your RAM is 1333mhz, but its doubled to give you the 2666. Normal.

Google Pixel 4a all the way. Checks all basically all the boxes, it's $350 for the 128Gb storage model, a great camera, I end the day with 60% and have screen-on time around 5-6 hours a day, it's (I think) a 6 inch screen, and it still has a headphone jack. It does technically have an amplified earpiece, so stereo speakers are technically checked, but it doesn't work that well. Otherwise, for the price, you really cannot go wrong, especially since Google updates their phones quickly and has promised at least 3 years of security updates and 2 years of feature updates.
