https://edgeup.asus.com/2016/broadwell-e-overclocking-guide/  I believe this is the one you were talking about and it looks like it is exactly what I was looking for.  No idea why this didn't show up the first time I was searching.

Yes it consumes more power, but my profitability calculations were based off the same 19 cents per kilowatt hour.
[edit] I should also add that you can significantly downclock and lower the TDP of the Fury to lower the TDP to bring up the efficiency as the equihash algo that is most profitable with the Fury card is likely more profitable because of the memory bandwidth than the core speeds.
Yeah, I am mining with the GTX 970 I already had - and I'm not an experienced miner, I only started 10 days ago.  I just understand basic maths.
Yikes.  No reason for xeons, unless you can get cheap used low power xeons that can profitably mine CPU based mined crypto like monero.  (or you simply don't pay for power)  My 2500k @ 4.7ghz can mine about 43 cents per day thru cryptonite algo, but consumes about 33 cents per day of power.  If the power was free though, that would add 43 cents per day profit my way and would definitely be worth doing - although I'm not sure if I had 6 GPUs on the system if I could still CPU mine without effecting my GPU hashing like I can with my single GTX 970.  Another potential use case for a powerful CPU would be if you were making large CPU generated plots, but still that would take a while to recoop the costs of.

I wouldn't stop til it was no longer profitable.  lol  Get that 1070 paid off faster.
And selling the cx450 would bring back at least 20 bucks too I'd think.

You ask the seller if they're willing to display it working when you go to buy it, or if the seller comes to you if they're willing to let you test it in your system before buying it.

That's the only real good thing about ebay.  If they sell the card as working and it's dead on arrival you can make a claim and ebay buyer protection will kick in.

1070s are also low stock from people that were selling their used RX cards for the price of a 1070 and getting a free upgrade.

I recommend the Seasonic S12ii or M12ii if you want modular.  The 620 watt should be good.

It's really funny that the Fury x has a lower bidvoy average sale than the RX 580 considering it's almost a dollar per day more profitable than an RX 480 and the 480/580 are so similar that an OC on the 480 basically is a 580.  Some people just not thinking I guess.

Hardly even notice the hidden rainbow front panel wires after putting everything in the case.  Maybe things will be cleaner when I finally get a semi modular PSU so I don't have all the unused wires tied to the bottom.

The 3 cam sound mix was great.  I just think the intake volume could have been a little bit lower and the camera could have been higher.  Don't see much of the course with it that low on his helmet.

You're joking right?  Have you actually taken the time to compare the scaling between results for Ryzen 4c/8t and Intel 4c/8t in both versions of CPU-Z and other relevant metrics?

You will likely have to lower your settings.  You have only 4gb of VRAM on that mid range card and even the 1080TI is taken to it's knees by ME.A in 4k results.  ME.A is pretty resource intensive on the highest settings.
