  1. Apparently people who have been scalping consoles online through sites like Ebay are apparently being robbed in Toronto, Canada and are recommended to sell their consoles face to face with the buyer and keep in close communication with somebody the know in case anything goes wrong. Quotes My thoughts I personally think this is hilariouse and I'm surprised its in Canada of all places. But hey maybe this might stop a few people from trying to scalp but atleast it shows you how passionate the community. Sources Gaming Bible Article 1 The Gamer Art
  2. Been trying to get my XMP working since its been perfectly fine for over 12 months now but for some reason when I enable it now I get errors in my OCCT test and Memory test unless I put it back to stock 2133Mhz. I've cleared CMOS, installed the latest BIOS, manually increased the voltage alittle bit from 1.35v to 1.38v but nothing seems to be working. I've been trying to prevent it coming down to manually inputtiing all the timings but was wondering if anybody else has a solution or have an idea of what could be causing this? 3. I used HWmonitor and according to that the pump is working and has a responsive rpm when underload as well as the fan RPM. When I boot there is a slight humming from the system which as you said is most likely the pump. I'll try my wraith cooler and see if that makes any change. Thanks!
  4. Radiator is located at the top of the tower with 2 x 120mm fans exhasuting air out of the system. Thermal paste had been on there for like a year I've replaced it and still getting the same problem, then I changed to a different thermal paste and still getting the same problem. The AIO has a 5 year warranty so I'm not sure if I should just RMA it?
  5. I've had my Corsair H100iGTX for a while now (like 5 years) and I've noticed my CPU temps seem to be quite high but I don't know why the temps are getting too high. I've cleaned the radiator and fans along with resitting the CPU but temps still seem to be high, my system has two 120mm intake fans at the front and two 120mm fans at the top exhausting air out along with another 120mm at the rear. The tempreture of the liquid seems fine and the pump rpm and fan rpm seem to be responsive when underload. Here is what I'm getting when I did the test: Idle temps are between
  6. Hi there, I recently re-installed windows as I had a corrupted update and for some reason Windows wouldn't allow me to unistall the updates or got back to a restore point. Before the re-install I had a folder on my desktop which had some documents init, when going to the windows.old folder and looking at the desktop directory I can't seem to find the folder. I was wondering if there is a way to get this back? or does Windows take folders from the desktop and move them to adifferent folder? I'm not exactly sure but any suggestions would be great.
  7. So apparently the top four UK mobile network operators have joined together into releasing a statement to the UK public for them to stop destroying 5G towers as they beleive it is related to the Covid-19 pandemic which is hilarious and apparently according to the netowrk operators it has been damaging the communities in whic rely upon the network. Not only that but apparently they have been abusing the engineers to prevent them from doing network maintenance. I dunno if people actually are beleiving this kind on nonsence or they are just using it as an excuse to cause damage
  8. Hi there, I've just recently found out that for some reason my GPU keeps on hitting 100% when playing a video or using other applications and then crashes. I think it might be a fault with the motherboards PCIE slot but I'm not sure. I've tested it out on my RTX 2070 Super as well as my GTX 1060 and I get the same problem. Here are my specs: Ryzen 9 3900x Corsair Vengance DDR4 16GB 3000Mhz RTX 2070 Super FE & GTX 1060 6GB Msi Aorus Elite X570 Motherboard HX850i Corsair PSU All are running clock speeds, the only thing that I had installed r

  10. No beeping or post code indicator I'm afraid. Does it seem most likley the motherboard is at fault?
  11. Hi there, I recently added some new hardware to my PC however I'm getting loads of issues that I've never had before. I went from a i7-6800k & X99 motherboard to a ryzen 9 3900x and x570 motherboard and for some reason it doesnt boot up sometimes, I get the odd flickr on the screen or when I restart the PC the fans crank up but doesn't post and the fans just constantly keep on spinning and last but not least is that I have to do a hard shutdown a few times then the fans start going then they stop and the pc resets then turns back on and actually boots up. I've done a cle
  12. Hi there, I have two PC's one with a i7-6800k and a Ryzen 5 1600x however I'm replacing my 6800k for a Ryzen 9 3900x for my gaming PC but when I'm using my gaming PC and need to render a video I use my secondary PC in the meantime however I don't know what will give me the best video rendering performance between the 6800k or 1600x as the 6800k is still quite a solid CPU. Any suggestions would be appreciated? Also I use the 3900x as my main rendering PC for 3D renders as well as video rendering I don't just use it to play games.
  13. Turns out Asus has released a monitor dedicated to editors on pure accurate colour gamuts. Supporting HDR10 and Dolby Vision at 1400 nit brightness. Would be nice to see Linus do a review on it. Article: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/asus-proart-pa32ucx
  14. Hi there, I wanted to try and move a little from YouTube and start live streaming on Twitch however I don't know what the best option would be. Here are the options I have available: Option 1: Two PC setup One for Gaming and the other for Encoding Has a Ryzen 5 1600X CPU for encoding Would have to use NDI to connect my gaming PC to streaming PC (Is NDI worth it? or is the quality rubbish?) Option 2: One PC setup Using NVENC encoder through an RTX 2070S My aim resolution for streaming is 720p at 60fps or 900p at 60fps. I play quite fa
  15. That is one sexy looking projector and would benefit me a lot due to the small space in which I have. Watching sports and playing games on the Wii, Xbox and PS4 will be brilliant!
