  3. I am from italy, does anyone knows a place to buy?
  4. Hi guys, I have finally found a RTX 3080 to buy, unfortunately it is the PNY RTX 3080 XLR8 and looks like it's power limit is set to 320w (lower than the 370w from the FE). The card will arrive the next 9th of December, i was wondering if: a) Does this card have dual bios? b) Have anyone crossflashed a bios from another card on th XLR8 successfully to get a higher power limit? Thank you :)
  5. Hi guys and girls, There is any way to set Threadripper 1950x memory access mode to local on the bios (x399 taichi)? I am tired of opening ryzen master and having to set it manualy.. It makes me get better performance in games in general and don't hurt my multicore performance Memory_Mode_Benchmarks.xlsx

  9. After updating to the bios 2.30 (bridge) the system now's start stuck at debug 00 and power cycles to the infinity. I had tried to update to the latest bios using the usb flashback but only one of my 3 pendrives start the processes (blinks about 27 times) but not finishes it (bios flashback led still green after) Any help? Thx
  10. Hi guys, thanks, yeah i know that 3950x is am4 and not tr4. The main question was if the cpu will be good enough for the new gpus coming and looks like it will be Since i am playing on 60hz, probably i can keep the processor for longer instead of upgrading it to zen 3. Anyway, after getting a new gpu ampere or bignavi i will update this post with the improvements and if i find any bottleneck
  11. Hello, I was thinking about upgrading to a 3950x, but since Zen3 is around the corner and new gpus will be soon available i was thinking to upgrade my gpu with the new 21xx RTX series and keeping my 1950x. I did some research and my cpu should be able to handle 2x 2080ti, since i am playing on a 60hz screen and a high res, do you guys think it will be enough for the new high end gpus that are coming? Cheers
  12. Maybe i touched the power button by mistake while installing it
  13. I read that the pci express is plug n play... offcourse it depends on drivers etc... the pc didnt even boot to windows because i shut it down.. i wanna know if is plug n play eletronicly speaking (so no risk of damage)
  14. Hi guys, last night i was installing a new gpu on my pc... the pc was off but the psu was pluged in. When i was pluging in my new gpu the pc powered on by itself.. i shut i down imediatly and then finished the installation. The gpu is working fine, but im scared.. what did happened? Are gpu plug n play? By the way when it happened i didnt connected the 2x 8pin connectors from the psu to the gpu. When i turned on the pc the bios showerd my a power loss message (probably because i shut it down holding the power button for 5 seconds).. i clicked F1
