smiles rising reacted to Konrad_K in Is there anyway to force a 9700f to run at boost speeds.
Honestly I don't see a point in this, your computer runs at boost speeds when it needs and can use the extra power. Running at max boost while reading email is kind of pointless, you won't read your email any faster.

I'll see if i can find any demo on the tv, might make it easier to decide if oled is necessary 😅

Dunno about ur local prices but in the UK the 65 inch C9 released at around £3300, u can now get it for £1900.
The new CX 65 costs £2800
    The CX 48" costs £1500.

So for a main TV / movie display , you can get a 65" C9 for only a little more than a 48" CX, and you can get the C9 55" for less than that at about £1300.

You can also look at the B9.

The cheapest i've seen a LG OLED go is the 55" size, iirc it went down to about £1000 with the B8 and B9.

The prices will likely drop a little more, and most certainly around Xmas. Its up to you if its worth the wait. I'd be surprised if the 65" C9 went below £1500.

I haven't got first-hand experience of the LG, but from some forums and general reviews the LG software/UI/processor is better according to most people, which can make a user experience much better.
For me, I use an Nvidia Shield TV on mine, and use that 99% of the time... so for me it's just a case of turning the TV on, and switching Shield on. For others they have said that source switching can be a pain, but tried it myself and didn't have any problems.

It is a possibility with OLED indeed. Here is an extreme test case: https://www.rtings.com/tv/learn/real-life-oled-burn-in-test

If you are not watching multiple hours a day the same content with static bars/logo's there shoudn't be a problem.

1000w is pretty overkill for most builds, i would suggest getting a good 500w psu instead

I am not planning to play game on all three at 4k max(just on one qhd 144hz monitor), it's Mostly for productivity. I do use 3D softwares like maya, cinema 4D etc.

The cleaner should be alright as most require a complete flush of the system afterwards before filling with fluid. As for the additive that solely depends on the components of the loop, as the additive doesn't specify the MSDS or chemical composition we cannot say for sure that would be compatible. If you have an all copper loop without nickel I would be more inclined to say it would be ok but cannot say for certain.

Yes you can move the switch. The letter is assigned to a spot on the PCB, the switch just bridges the electrical connection.

You can buy new switches fairly cheep for packs of 10:

For the record it could be a HDCP issue. HDCP is to prevent people from stealing content. Seeing how HDMI supports HDCP and VGA does not, that could be the issue. According to what I see on Google, services like Netflix require HDCP to be present. Also take in to account HDMI is a digital interface while VGA is old school analogue.

The only ones worth buying are airpods, Sennheiser true wireless, or Master & Dynamic MW07

Airpods for lower price and most convenience

Master & Dynamic MW07 for audio quality

Sennheisers for slightly lesser audio quality but better overall functionality and convenience than the MW07

Apple have never made good earphones imo. They have always been hot garbage that don't even hold up to constant use.
I bought some budget Aukey wireless earphones a couple years ago from Linus' video, they sounded fantastic for the price and still work like new.

yea im aware but the normal m50x is a lot more money and has an odd sound signature, m40s are not bt but unless your hell bent on cutting cords id go with something that sounds better for less money

You aren't giving yourself much option. Generally wireless earphones that use the AirPod design just suck.

I guess... Maybe I'm just being biased because I'm easily pleased with my £25 earphones. In my experience you can't really go wrong with Sennheiser, their products are solid, Bose are great but charge a pretty penny just to have the name.
